Jared Davis: I enjoy going here to do a quick load of laundry as I can get there, do my laundry and be back home in ninety minutes. They recently switched to a system where you buy a card and load it with funds (paper bills or card only) and you use this to activate the machines.They have multiple washers, each with different sizes and are priced accordingly. I use the small ones, which are $2.45 for a load. Just load the laundry and detergent, lock the door, set the knob for wash temperature, insert the card and remove it, and you're good to go.I usually listen to podcasts or play games on my phone while I'm doing laundry, but last time I ventured over to a nearby pawn shop for a quick bit of shopping and had no problems.There's a few different types of dryers, also operated by cards. I use the ones that cost $.25 for six minutes and usually need eighteen minutes to get my laundry completely dry. So that means I spend $3.20 per load, which there are cheaper options around, but given the location, I'm fine with that. The prices have gone up recently, but only by a quarter.I usually take the bus there and back, but I can walk if I need to. It's not far from Line 7/27 bus stops, so it's easily accessible for people on the bus. Just get off at the stop by the Salvation Army thrift store or Planet Fitness across the street. It's just behind the Bin Crazy building.

Just go somewhere else that has cash as an option and what's on the machine is what you pay. Not extra costs of using your card,which you have to use here.

Stan Coleman: Very friendly place. Great place for us truckers. There were two other bobtails in the lot when we pulled in. Not a lot of space for a trailer though. They even allowed us to bring our puppy inside. Machines are older but in better shape than some brand-new laundromats. Bring cash as machines don't take credit cards. They have a change machine that works well. Friendly attendant on duty to answer any questions you may have. You can do your laundry or pay for them to do it.

I took my laundry to this place twice. 1st time just to dry because the dryers were broken down where I live and was charged $1.50 extra to only use the dryers only before I could even dryy clothes. 2nd time I went I washed my clothes and had blankets and was told I had to use the big dryers which shouldn't be just have to put more of my quarters to dry. The dryer she wanted me to use was $7.00. Then she would not let me use the bathroom even though I was a paying customer. And I couldn't to to another place to use bathroom because i couldn't leave my laundry. This lady is foreign can't understand her and she as a business owner needs to have better customer service. I will NEVER come here again.
Abby A: This is my first tine using this services for dry cleaning and alternation. The lady was very nice and friendly. She went out of her way and even iron my dress for free after she fix the slit for me. Its a husband and wife team and they really wants to please their customer and the price for dry cleaning is far. I had 2 black wood coat clean for $30. She took the time to remove all the white lint. I definitely plan to give them more of my business.

Toxicwave225: Awesome dryer and washers... Quick and get the job done. You NEED quarters absolutely NEED and I can't emphasize on that at all. The machines are quarter driven so if you want clean clothes better go ask grandma for some change... Or the owners if you got bills to exchange for change. Tends to be empty the time I'm always there which is the afternoon so if your not a people person like me I'd suggest that time. Definitely the spot and I'm gonna continue to keep coming back.

Jeff Seat: The guy that owns the place is a joke and his attitude is ridiculous, he acts like he's above everyone else. He only owns a broke down laundromat not a major company. Evidently he doesn't understand what a laundromat is. If it weren't for the girls who really takes care of the place it wouldn't be as clean as it is. When I had gone there he started stalking me like i was going to rob the place. After noticing I was watching him he told me he didn't want me doing laundry there and to get out of his business. The owners don't have to worry I wouldn't do my laundry there again if it was the last laundromat in the world.

Garret DeBlanc: Their machine are old and frequently eat your money. My laundry was stolen from here. When I brought it up to the attendant, she made it clear it wasn't her problem. After some prodding she told me to talk to the day staff. Day staff said they would have the owner contact me after checking the cameras. The owner never contacted me. I spent $400 to replace the stolen clothes.

Ashley Goodpaster: I used to wash at Gideon’s Until I found mold in the washers which does occur over time I understand, but every washer had it around the glass in a ring and I couldn’t do it anymore, so about two months ago I started using Broadway laundry. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and my experience until today. I’m usually not one to review places but I just wanted whoever was researching this place to know I did find a bed bug today. I know it will sometimes happen in a place of laundry, however when I told the worker she did not seem to know what to do when this happens. I was told to shake my clothes out and if I found one to stomp on it. I’m not blaming the lady at the counter at all, but I really feel like there should be a process that occurs whenever a customer does come across one. It wasn’t very fun shaking every item of clothing we had out and inspecting it in front of the other costumers. Also we just placed them in the same dryer everyone else used, neither did she exam the area we killed the bed bug in. I will be returning but with much caution next time. She informed me they occasionally find some bedbugs but they do spray, even sprayed this past week.

I felt safe and comfortable there while I washed my laundry. The place was also clean and organized. They have a app you can load your money on and control the machines by your phone. Way better then having to bring a bunch of coins. Willl come back.

Shelley Choate: Stacey n the girls , this does not reflect on you! Who it does reflect on is the person who owns this company and is maintenance for the equipment. This equipment is never fixed properly for the most part. Your washers that are 40 and 60 lb loaders or nothing but an issue for the most part and it doesn't matter whether I put a light load or an average size load in it, I never know if my stuff is going to get washed. I can't tell you how many times I have pulled a load out and found multiple items that weren't even wet. This has been an ongoing problem and it will affect me continuing to come here. I try to keep my business local and close to home but I can't afford to keep bringing my stuff here and taking it home unclean. When a person comes to a laundromat they ought to be able to put their stuff in the washers and dryers and know that it is clean and not have to redo it. This happens more times than not! If this is not fixed I will not return another time!Btw overloading isn't the issue n Stacey can vouche for it bc she's saw me load washers. Instead of wishing someone well elsewhere as if you could care less about losing their business why don't you try fixing your equipment so you don't keep losing business. Those washers have had that issue for at least the past year. I have made multiple complaints about it and I know that the girls are relaying it to the owners.

Justin McKinney: Amaaaaaazing laundromat. First off, nice location, very clean, and the employee was attentive despite being busy. The washers are massive (I think up to a 6 load washer). Things are run on an app, which makes monitoring everything super easy. They even have a vending machine so you can use cash to load up your wallet on the app. Vending machines and what not to keep you refreshed if need be. But I was done with 6 loads of laundry in an hour and I only used two washers.

When he got back and we were sorting it, we discovered all of our socks and about 80% of our son's infant clothes had been shrunk. His beanie was washed and we had to throw it away, it was so messed up. One of his expensive NFL onesies had the image melted so much it's permanently ruined because of their machines. None of our stuff was new and had been washed and dried several times before so it's their machines that messed our clothes up. 😡

Tam Jon: Some clothes was bleached that should not be. I called to speak to the owner two different times and he never would call me back. So I went in to wash some laundry myself and I was talking to the attendant working and she called the owner who now I know is Tom so I explained to him what took place and how alot of my laundry was hung inside out and how a few cloths and two towels got bleached. He was very rude he said to bring the laundry back in and they with re=fold them I explained to him it's been two weeks. Then says they hardly ever use bleach and that two employees said their was no bleached used on any of my laundry. I said if that's true then my laundry was not done like I requested which was wrote down and it clearly states to bleach all white socks. I send all the soap and fabric softener and smell good stuff and the cloths doesn't even smell like they was even washed. I do not recommend going to this place if you want them to wash it. Now if you are going to wash yourself you should be ok that's if you can find a working machine.

Large, clean, plenty of folding tables etc. If we lived in this area, we would definitely use this place each week. It's a little bit more expensive than some others, but it's totally worth the price difference.

Leg-ace-y: Expensive af now. Went here months ago when my machine stopped working and it was reasonably priced. Plus I could just tap my card on the machine to pay. Now loads are almost 3 times more expensive and you have to use physical change or download an app.

Ritchie Mayes: This place is very modern and clean and easily accessible from any direction in Springfield. The personal working there was helpful. The dryers and washers offer two methods of payment for using equipment. You can use an app instead of coins, or you can insert your cc or debit card. I liked most of all that the building was warm.
Crimson Kolb (Sir Crimson): Very clean place. I always get bad looks everywhere I go because I have lots of tattoos but the lady ( didn’t catch her name) who was attending this place was awesome. Super friendly, nice to talk to, and solved any issues. Alittle pricey, but worth it.
Janet Davis: Very nice place. The machines are clean. There’s always an attendant. The automatic doors are excellent. Why don’t all laundromats have them? I only wash and dry blankets and other large items here and they all all sizes of machines to handle anything I bring in. It feels much safer than other laundromats in Springfield.

RiverTrash: Don't use the large washers in the front of the store, they take your money and don't wash your clothes. Everything else is pretty much what you would expect for an establishment on Glenstone and Grand.

AcuraLvR 82: Nothing wrong with the laundromat itself. But at night it can become a very dangerous place rife with gang activity, open air drug dealing/use, and all the drama that follows. Drunks tend to spill over from the bar next door as well looking to cause problems.
