In my experience it is uncommon when the patient’s convenience is important so I was very impressed with the level of care I received. I had been putting off making an eye appointment and now I can’t imagine why I waited.
Susan Alexander: DIL was scheduled for a lasik surgery. Office called 45 min before leaving (1 hour travel time) to cancel. Both son and DIL lost wages for the day and would lose wages for a rescheduled appt. Son asked for a reimbursement for lost wages but office declined.Very unprofessional. Very upsetting.

Dustin Hobbs: Dr. Tauber performed my eye surgery back in 2012-2013. I was legally blind without my glasses at 21 years old. He made my time the most comfortable experience I have ever had. It's been 10 years and I still have 20/15 vision.
Adam Smith (Adawg2015): Dr. Tauber has been very helpful and very compassionate when he explained both cross-linking surgeries. I also have to give a special shoutout to his assistant Whitney who has been a great help when helping Dr. Tauber perform my corneal cross-linking surgery and talking about hip hop music and having a conversation with me during the procedure. After both surgeries I experienced very little to no pain, if there was 5 more stars, Dr. Tauber and Whitney would absolutely positively receive 10 stars for their compassionate and supportive words they had for me before and after surgery on both my left and right eyes. Kudos to you Dr. Tauber and Whitney.

Pamela Allison: Daughter had very unprofessional experience with PRK surgery. Nurse sang throughout experience. Burning feeling experienced during SDK surgery, but nurse wouldn't stop singing to listen or check with patient. Had trouble with vision being blurry for weeks after surgery causing nausea & headaches. At first 2 follow up appointments we waited over an hour in waiting room & it was over 2 hours before we got away from either appointment. Wish we had insisted on lasik & had more professional staff.

Bina Rhodes: My regular eye doctor noticed something unusual with my eyes and referred me to this clinic. I was seen by Dr. Hirsch and he communicated with me very well. After several tests I was diagnosed with pigmentary glaucoma We opted to do laser on my eyes All went well, but if you expect any procedures where they have to do multiple dilation on eyes, bring your own dark glasses. They do not provide the large ones. I was in hell. Rode home with a towel over my eyes. Follow up went well. At times, Dr. Hirsch seems to be rushing, but if you have questions, he definitely slows down to answer them Next up for me, cataract evaluation

Melinda Schlipp: ZERO STARSI have been to this clinic 3 or 4 times now and each time it has taken 3-5 hours. They make you go to one waiting room for the visual field test. Then they put you in another waiting room where you sit forever until they take you back to do a 5 minute exam, take you to a third waiting room for another 2 minute test, then you're back to another waiting room for another hour or so.Then the doctor finally sees me. Tells his assistant to change my diagnosis. I had to remind him if previous test results, at which time he says "oh that's right, change all that back to the original diagnosis"! Are you kidding me?RIDICULOUS!!

Ayres Ryder: We've been having eye problems ever since the Obama care kicked in and at this point we've been here so many times that I can't tell if they're helping or milking the system. The Dr. Carved seems like a great guy and I do tend to see the worst in things but this won't get 5 stars until the serious eye problems are resolved. Or if not, one star.
Amanda Slavens: Took my 6 year old to see Dr. Jerde and was completely blown away by his kindness and his ability to keep and maintain my sons attention for the entire visit. He is a wonderful optometrist, especially when it comes to children. I highly recommend Dr. Jerde!
