Isabel Halweg: This is the best laser hair removal place I've used. I used ideal image in the past and completely regret it. I have never had a burn here and my experience has been amazing so far. The staff are very great and super sweet. It's a little bit more expensive than ideal image, but trust me it's worth it. I wish I had gone to them first!

They definitely have a great staff at the Springfield, MO location. After my first visit, I had a great amount of hair reduction and I felt so much lighter and cleaner. It feels amazing to be hairless. Cutting out shaving really does save a lot of time and energy that can be focused on other things. The great thing is you don't have to have a lot of money to do it. Milan set me up on a 24 month payment plan with no interest and I was set. This is well worth the money. I am 56 years old and my only regret is that I didn't do this years ago. Chara Dollarhide: I had my full legs done with you guys about four years ago and every so often I will get a touchup which cost $75 now I understand with inflation prices go up and that’s not the issue here the issue here is I set an appointment to come in and get a touchup done no one ever informed me of the price and all of the text messages, emails and phone calls that I received about confirmation of this set appointment. I left work two hours early and the busiest time of day I miss a bunch of time and money to make this appointment when I arrived there, I was informed that the price has doubled , I am upset because no one ever said anything to me about the price until I got there and the lady was actually shocked when I told her no I did not want the services and I’m not the arguing type so that’s not what I do I agree with her and I left, but she was ready to show me my contract with the highlighted part so she knew ahead of time that there have been a change and no communication to me had been made I find it to be very bad business and I will not be recommending you guys to anybody, nor will I ever get services with you guys again I wish you all the best. EditedI was contacted by the company this morning from the local business here in Springfield I was informed that they were trying to do me a favor. It’s actually 300 but no one bothered to inform me that so again poor customer service and communication

I attended a zoom meeting to get a quote on services and was told every step of the way that I was not signing up & that I was signing notices that I received the quote. I made it very clear that I needed to verify everything with my partner & think on the services first before signing up. shortly after, I was notified that a credit card was opened in my name and I was charged for the services I was given a quote on, over $2,000. When trying to contact them to fix the situation I have been told I signed a contract and there's nothing they can do about it. I do not have any appointments, I have not used any services, I did not give my consent. This is complete Fraud in the inducement.- edit to add that this company is still a scam, and they refuse to find a resolution. When you get your "free zoom consultation" they will create their "contract" and have your information typed on it with the time and date of your consultation and say that that is you "signing a contract" and from that point on they will say you "signed" a contract and they will not refund you anything even if you don't actually sign up for services and even if you don't receive any services. Upon further research into this company, this is their common practice and way they have scammed hundreds, probably thousands, of people out of thousands of dollars. AVOID THIS COMPANY! and if you have been scammed by them, submit a complaint to the Attorney General of your state. Maybe with enough complaints this fraudulent company can be closed for good.

Robin Parison: I went in for weight loss. And the first time I went in it said I lost three or 3 1/2 inches. And so I went through all of my treatments never lost another pound or inch. But if you don’t asked for your money back after the first visit, they offer no refund. I would say if you’re going in for weight loss, don’t do it. I think that part of it is a scam. But if you want to make your skin look better, I did see somewhat of a difference in that. Seth Rice: Honestly I recommend saving your money and going somewhere more professional.I was left with a very patchy mix between no hair and thick growing hair, easy to tell where she missed with the laser. These are very sharp lines and extremely noticeable.When she was doing my treatment I felt she was missing places so I asked "why don’t you use a grid?" she said "because I have been doing this for so long that I don’t need one" from the looks of it that’s not the case…FYI if you’re reading this you definitely should use a grid, because you missed quite a lot… Now I’m left with very patchy splotchy areas where it is easy to tell what was and wasn’t hit with the laser.

Courtney Pinkham: I do not recommend this business, I had two different treatments and was not happy with either. I had age spots lasered removed, which I have had done elsewhere in the past with great results. I scheduled the appointment online, the cost was $50, when I got to my appointment, they asked me how much I wanted to spend, I mentioned I had paid online, they stated that would not cover the areas I wanted treated. So, I paid another $50, it has been about 7 weeks, the sight is completely healed, and the age spots are still very visible. I mentioned this to them, now they are informing me that it takes several treatments, which they had not mentioned when I had the procedure done. Also, as I mentioned I have had this done before at a different business and it only took one session. Next, I had the light therapy, I started with the intro discounted visit and then signed up for a 12-session package. They state your skin will tighten; you will lose weight as some of the benefits. 9 sessions in, 0 inches lost, 0 pounds lost, I kept track myself. I do work out 5-7 times a week and eat a healthy diet. I contacted The Laser Studio asking to have my last 4 Unused sessions refunded. They state they do not offer refunds, something that should have been made clear when you sign up (also the paid Facebook ad states, Guaranteed results or your money back). I took the risk, especially since they do not have before and after pictures, which for this sort of business is a little off. Normally I do not post negative reviews but feel I should warn others. Especially since they do not stand behind their services or their guaranty.

Lota Lota: Electrolysis technician left considerable scarring on my face without any warning or care for my wellbeing. Charges by the minute but takes three times longer than necessary just to take advantage of me. Will repeatedly zap the same follicle eight times which takes a very long time and does significant and lasting damage to the skin. Do not go here for electrolysis.
