I have dealt with Arctic alot, and I have found them to be extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every time I walk in, i am greeted immediately in a cheerful manner. I am promptly helped if I need help. Service calls have always been great too.

eligibility Jeffries: Horrible I work hard spent almost 3000 and my equipment IS under warranty this is 3 weeks still waiting on the part says the not so nice lady who answers the phone. Call a week later tech will call when he comes back never calls. Never ever go here they are only nice when paying they do not stand by what they sell i would bet if I had to pay to fix it it would already be done. Fellers is the place I will be going and suggest readers follow. I would like to honestly like to give them a negative 6 stars.

Chris Skates: I wish I could put less than a star.Where do I begin?We own a restaurant here in town. Our compressor went out on a Friday, we contacted a few stores and A and E gave us the best quote, at 400$ for labor plus we pay for the part and they could have it by the next day. We ordered the part and paid for it. They alerted us Saturday that it won't be in until Monday. Monday was a holiday, then it was pushed back to Wednesday- they claimed it was the company that they ordered the part from that delayed the order-regardless we didn't get our compressor that was promised to be installed on Saturday(the following day) until Wednesday. Once they installed it they demanded payment of $790. Remember we were quoted at $400, and this came 5 days later than promised. We canceled the check and let them get ahold of us. When they contacted us we told them we would be willing to pay the $400 as quoted, and even that we felt was unfair considering they were almost a week behind what they promised and quoted us at.Horrible enough, right? But wait, it gets more ridiculous.They did not accept the agreed upon $400 and constantly called and harassed us and demanded the $790 or they would get a sheriff to come in with them and take the compressor back! Eventually they got ahold of collections and we agreed and paid $400 to the collection Agency Davis and Jones, after we explained our side, they completely understood and we figured we were done.Nope. They have contacted OTHER collection agencies to demand $790. This was in June and it is almost October.BUT WAIT, THERE IS EVEN MORE!The compressor they sold us was not properly set up and had to be repaired within 2 months of purchase.Absolutely aweful experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality of work.Do not use A and E!

Chelsea Foresee: Rice Equipment Service was fantastic to work with! Our AC unit flat out died and we all know that’s terrible for business any time of the year, let alone during June! They had a technician out not long after we called to diagnose our problem and was back to replace the unit within a few days after all necessary parts arrived. Mark, the technician who did our service work and installation, was communicative, efficient, and friendly. The company was quick with a quote and even quicker with great service. I can’t recommend this local, family-owned business more!

Jeff Strahan: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"Not our problem" is what I was told by Neal when I got stuck with a bill because of their incompetency. Service tech wrote inaccurate description of his service to my business and it caused me to get stuck with a bill. He said nothing was wrong with the machine. It only took 2.5 hours to figure that out?? Complete joke this company is... Watch your billing!!!! They seem to like to pad hours for no work. Get a complete work description & bill BEFORE the tech leaves or you may find yourself paying for a service call on a warranted piece of equipment from these scam artists. Zero stars
