Ash Brown: If you are thinking about choosing this joke of a company for any of your Kitchen or Bath renovations, DON’T. Top Tier claims that they make remodeling “easy for you”, that they are “committed to earning 100% customer satisfaction”, that they “give every customer the attention they need”, and that you can “count on us for Superior service at competitive prices”. These are all LIES. Top Tier also claims that they ensure “that the products we order for your home are a perfect fit”, and that when they send workers out that they “will arrive with everything they need to complete your project quickly and flawlessly.” More bold-faced LIES. Top Tier will have you sign a contract, take your money, and give you the worst experience of your life.Top Tier Started the January 16th, 2023, and didn’t claim to be finished until May 2023. The only thing that went right with this project was when in the first week they knocked out a small wall. just about everything went wrong. I will try and keep it short and stick to the major things.Top Tier did not make this an easy process. From the start we didn’t receive communication from our “project manager” Charity. When we did, she would treat us like we were a nuisance. She would constantly forget to send the workers out to the job site. Several times she would not ensure the workers were sent with everything they needed to do the job. This is even after we had multiple discussions and would send links of the items, SHE asked us to choose. Multiple times me and my husband had to clock out of work to go and purchase items that were needed for the job that Charity was supposed to have done.We had to wait months for our bathtub because when it was ordered it was never communicated to us that it was on backorder, so we weren’t even given the opportunity to pick something else. Then the tub was lost for weeks, to which when we’d follow up she’d either laugh like it was some hysterical joke or ask what we were talking about because she’d forgotten they lost it.We were told that they would start on the bathroom by a certain date since the shower was in when it never was so the bathroom did not start on time.When we ordered cabinets, we stressed multiple times that we wanted fully white. Instead, what we got were white and yellow. The kitchen cabinets along the wall did not fit a whole section was completely missing. The island cabinets were hodge-podge sizes. Thankfully the guys actually doing the work were watching out for us. We ended up having to fork out extra money for things to be done properly. They were going to leave everything unpatched, unpainted, and nothing caulked and call it “complete” unless we paid more. Even though we asked all that be done in our consultations.We still have cabinets that are yellow and white, but since we are now paid in full Top Tier is not going to finish fixing those. So once again WE are having to do more work on this remodeling job we paid them to do. At one point I had called to speak to the owner Ben to ask what was being done to turn this around. Charity refused to let me speak to him and was unprofessional and condescending. Ben eventually spoke to us and said he’d take care of it. The most minimal attempts were made to remedy all the negligence. Instead of any type of refund we were offered some silly cruise that was only discounted and not fully paid. Why the hell would we ever want to pay more money on a cruise after cashing out more than what the kitchen and bath was worth after it being so badly handled!? All of our friends and family saw and know what we dealt with. None of them will ever be using this company.if you are looking for incompetent service for a job to be done properly, “quickly and flawlessly”, where the “attention” the customer gets from the company is severely lacking, a place where you have to take off work without pay to work on the remodeling that the company is supposed to do, and it all be a hellish nightmare instead of made “easy for you”…then Top Tier Kitchen, Baths and Nightmares is just the place for you.Services:Bathtub replacement,Remodeling

Would have been less but George noticed a VERY small imperfection in part of the shower assembly. He ordered a new part and was able to get it the following day. That shows his detail to perfection as well as professionalism. Every day they laid drop cloths anywhere they walked. Every day they picked up and cleaned up. Having to use the garage, due to weather, for their sawing, they blew out the sawdust each day. I think they left the garage cleaner than it was when they started! This is not the first time Top Tier has done remodeling for us which is why we chose them again. George and Hayden are coming back in a couple of weeks to remodel our master bath. Donal Stanton: We had OR&D totally re-do our two upstairs bathrooms so that as we grow ever older we can stay in our home. Over the years we have in several homes and have remodeled several of those with mixed success. This home was punished by a non-HBA member who installed our wood floors. After that experience, we agreed that we would not hire anyone who was not a member of HBA.We did our due diligence and spoke with several companies. We picked OR&D because of the professionalism Aaron exhibited at every meeting. He also is very calm and methodical as opposed to to some who might promise "over the top results" with questionable abilities to back it up. Also, every team member who entered our home was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. These are individuals that you would be proud to call friends.They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. They gave us a firm bid, which didn't inch up. They told us that it would take two months to complete, it did. They gave us a firm start date and they showed up on that date. One of the most impressive things was that you are assigned a lead carpenter, in our case Joe, who is there every day in your home overseeing ALL of the work! Not one time did the crew disappear and you were left wondering if they were coming back, or what?!Joe and the lads were with us for two months. We were able to move to our basement during the time and the lads were a pleasure to have in our home! Joe met with us (formally) every week to let us know what was coming up, what had been accomplished, and always asked if there was something they could improve on.We LOVE our new bathrooms! Our neighbors LOVE our new bathrooms! The bathrooms turned out better than what we had imagined! If we find it economically possible in the future, we plan on having OR&D come back and open up a living area for us! Christi Biddix: Work was done quick but there were leaks left even after they were identified before the job was finished but i had to fix the leak myself because they took off 2 days earlier then i was told the job would take. I was told the water lines would be replaced with pex in the wall and that was not done in either bathroom I had remodeled. For $18,000+ you would think they would do the job correctly but I guess not... so now what happens if there is a leak behind either of my new showers? 🤔 was asked if I wanted the shower raised and I said yes... they didn't change the hight at all, was also asked if I would like the doors to swing the opposite direction and open out instead of in, to which I also said yes but was not done!!! Charlie Schlieder: We did a full bathroom remodel with Lifemark to the tune of around 18k. We appreciate most all the work they did, but for your remodel don't expect full 100% full service treatment. We have had to follow through and fix leaky fixtures reseat light fixtures that fell out of the wall and replace trim. They work hard and they work FAST which has pros and cons. We are mostly happy with the work but had to lower our expectations as time went on and be handy to clean up what their speed does not allow them to pay attention to.Editing review. Lifemark after seeing this review reached out and attempted to make all of my complaints right. They did an adequate job closing the gap. Increasing review score for their honesty and forwardness.

Sandy Larson: Called on Pro Source to order some tile that I needed ASAP. The salesperson said they had the tile I wanted in stock and could have it for me in a few days. I was so happy! So I placed the order and paid premium for the tile thinking I’d have it in a few days.After about I three days I called to find out when/where I could pick it up, only to be told by a different person that the tile was back ordered. And that it wouldn’t be in for a month!Its been a month today so I called again. This time when I told the person that answered what happened she laughed at me and said “yeah that’s par for the course”. Your tile might be here in a few days. We will call you when it comes in! Wow! Not happy.

Linda Alexander: We did not meet Jason but the technician he sent out was great! Our job was rather small (just upgrading outlets in a 100 yr old house). They managed to fit us in relatively quickly and were able to get the outlets switched out for a very fair price. We did have an issue when later that night we went to turn on some lights and they wouldn't come on. This wasn't entirely unexpected since our house has had some wonky remodel work and we know the electricals arn't entirely as they should be. We were able to text Jason and he had the tech back out first thing the next morning. The tech immediately knew what the issue was and was in and out in no time. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them!
