Willy Earls: 10 times we've had our Sorento in for service since 2020 and it's broken down again in the middle of nowhere. Goes into "limp mode" and has to be towed every 1500 miles or so, it seems. I don't usually complain via review but manager Clayton Davis promised he'd look into all my issues months ago and I never heard back. It also burns through four quarts of full synthetic oil over 1000 miles. I bought the extended warranty; please fix my Kia or buy it back. Oh, that's another thing, the salesperson outright lied about the tire warranty. I know because I DID NOT WANT it but he convinced me by assuring that all four tires would be covered in the even of a replacement. Not true, I found it, when I took it in last fall... which is also when the Kia service center forgot to reinstall my spare. It sat against their garage wall until I noticed it missing the next spring and went back for it. I'm never buying a Kia and I can't wait to get rid of this one, my decades old Saturn is more reliable.
Patty Maxwell: We bought 2 Kia optimas. A 2010 and a 2015. When our 2015 Kia’s motor seized up, I contacted you and was told that Kia had a problem with this and they were replacing the motors in them. Henry’s towing came and picked it up and a your service department did a diagnostic test on it and sent the results to Kia. Kia said we hadn’t responded to the recall, so they wouldn’t stand behind their product. I feel like from the onset of this, your service department should have ask for the vin # and they could have told if the recall had been answered. Then I was told that the cost of the diagnostic would be waived, And then was told I would have to pay it. So I did. The 2010 Kia is being driven by my mother in law and the window and door locks quit working years ago. My daughter’s Kia is going through oil like water. Bottom line is we plan on never buying another Kia.

The whole department is accommodating when my car needs major repairs and they’re quick and thorough when I just need an oil change. This is why I pay extra money to take my older car to the dealership because I know they’ll treat me and Kelly the Kia with respect and patience
