Dad Train: 1 pump, 2 hoses the size of straws and a card reader display you can't even see! Only 3000psi fill. Good luck if you can get a receipt too.
R.W. Bell: This pump went out of order on Jan 21,2023 They can not tell us when it will be back up. Jan 24,2023 When up it is only open from 6AM to 6Pm Monday-Friday
R Kilowatt: First of all, they're only open from 8-4 on weekdays. Second, their compressors are very small and the storage tank is very small, so most of the time you will be lucky to get 2700 psi, or a half tank. If you get there after a large truck there may not be enough pressure to pump any at all, and if the storage tank gets that low it takes overnight to build pressure back up. When its working. For over a year, the LCD display is defective so unless you go when its cloudy, you can't hardly see it. Next closest CNG station is 100 miles away in Miami OK. Springfield claims to be a big supporter of environmentally friendly fuels, yet their station is a complete joke. Don't waste your gas driving there. Plus, they don't even have a restroom.
Mickey Lewis: Not open unless city employees are present. Only store for compressed natural gas in southwest MO. So it's a bummer to arrive to locked gates. I live in Aurora, own a truck that uses cng. It's really a bummer to arrive and find Gates closed for a holiday most folks don't get. About half the time the receipt box is out of paper.

Kandie Wood: First, off this is a pain to find. Second, the only way to get CNG Fuel is with a credit card. Third, we tried several times to get one of the pumps to work and it never would. Ended up having to go to another one just to get CNG Fuel. Thank gosh this vehicle is not mine, it would be setting at a used car lot.

Doughten Theresa L Reaves: I went in there one day just to get something to drink ended up smelling the chicken from outside the fried chicken decided to get a frosty which they have like four flavors very very good and you get a large cup small medium it’s it’s probably the most refreshing icy I’ve had since I’ve been in springfield the chicken is unbelievable macaroni and cheese is unbelievable the food in there is worth a ride I drive about 20 minutes just to get there I’ll wait 15 to 20 minutes if they have to fry it cause I’ll make a fresh phoria on Sunday didn’t want to check it out so you have to order it but you know it’s worth it it’s unbelievable chicken eight piece for 899. for dark meat. very clean love it

Trent Condellone: Didn't like them on 9/11 when they price gouged. Latest scam is $2 air from a machine that doesn't work and refunds are impossible. Proceeds go to charity LOL wonder what a search would say about the "charity".

JJ R.: Great gas prices at Rapid Roberts, this one is the same in that respect. The cashier ignored me when I said good morning as I came in the door. Bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper, they toilet was super dirty. Trash bags set on the trash cans outside, should have been thrown away by early morning, but wasn't, so get gas, use your card and go, I wouldn't support the inside, nor trust things are clean.

Dustin Scott: Sent a coworker up to this store to purchase a can of fix a flat to repair the tire on the company riding mower. The can was defective and did not dispense any product. It is obvious that the can is still full but this store refused to exchange it, stating that they "do not warranty anything they sell." Will no longer do business here.
