My grandparents made the 6hr+ drive to Springfield and one of the workers stayed over for an hour so they could get it that day. Even though this place was a last resort due to distance, we were far from disappointed with the outcome. We would willingly make the drive again for the service.

bigfella: Paid 3200 for a van it had a really bad exhaust leak from someone cutting out the cats and replacing them with some universal ones and did a shifty job on there welds so I knew I was going to have to get that fixed got that fixed $700 for that and got it back from the shop and it has a rod knock that you couldn’t hear because of the exhaust being so loud. So 3900 dollar wasted don’t recommend buying anything from them but parts.

They said the car was checked in their lot but wasn't in the computer so they can't pay for it, untill its in the computer. The manager told me he was calling corporate to figure it out and would call me right back but never did. So I called them and the staff told me he went to lunch. Very unprofessional, very rude, took way too much energy and time. Finally got the check after 3 days of calling between corporate and the Springfield location. Staff member "Kenny" was very rude on the phone and left me on hold for over an hour. Staff seemed to be on drugs and very disrespectful.

Busy Mom: Logan deserves a raise! I sold what was left of my vehicle to pick n' pull after my minor son was involved in a car accident. The insurance company was in no hurry to help me and the police report wasn't coming anytime soon. Of course, the insurance company contacted me the following week to let me know they were in fact responsible for the accident. They needed pictures and I had failed to take any of the interior. So I contacted pick and pull where I reached Logan. He so kindly went out, found my vehicle, and promptly sent me pictures. The next week I realized I left my deceased mother's guardian angel on the visor. I reached out to Logan who again kindly went out, found my vehicle, found the angel, and saved it until I could pick it up. The next day the insurance company called to ask me if I had anything with the VIN number on it. I messaged Logan. Y'all it was this man's day off!! That did not stop him. He simply asked me to give him a second. Within minutes he sent me exactly what I needed. Thank you Logan for providing the best customer service since pre COVID-19. Thank you for having integrity, patience, and all around general kindness not only the first time I called, but EVERY single time I reached out. Folks tell your boss, tell your friends, tell your spouse, tell your kids, if they need anything from pick n' pull, Logan is the best!!
John Koster: Nice workers. I told them the year of my truck and they said yeah we have a couple rigs you could check. So I left work early and drove to Springfield to pull the part. They did not have my part, the worker had put in the wrong year vehicle by one year even though we went over the year three times. Overall, I was out on about $70 between leaving work and wasting gas, trying to save $50. 100% their fault... Plus, the whole time I was looking for the proper vehicle just in case they said it was in the wrong aisle, there were three greasy unemployed men standing in the yard with carts and parts. Smoking and discussing how they got free healthcare and food stamps. As load as they could possibly talk. Not really something that a person wants to see or hear when they're trying to save their selves a few bucks after leaving my hard worked job, losing money, and not having even the right year truck there.

Really irks me everytime they have a core charge on something with no value, because it's just a way for them to sneak a few extra dollars out of your pocket. The yard is a mess, with the same "valuable" cores laying on the ground for months at a time. You're better off looking at their inventory online,

They were super against me taking the car anywhere to have it looked at, but when I test drove I took it to O’Reillys. They poked around and said there was probably a coolant leak cause they could smell it. The engine had been pressure washed so you could see anything. Well, I ended up buying the car that the lady said was in good condition. As I’m filling out paper work, the lady said, “Make sure you check your oil everytime you put gas in your car.” And I’m excited so I didn’t think anything of it. Turns out the car had a bad oil leak, was burning through coolant, and he only key they had was a valet key which won’t open the trunk or the glove box, and they refused to go down in price. They totally screwed me.

She assured me it was and took my payment 8nfo. Of course they were the 6 bolt. They refused to take the return because the lady on the phone lied and said she never said anything to me. She was extremely rude and hang up the phone before I could ask for the manager.
Phil The Bossman: I work for a Custom Automotive company in Nashville, Tennessee, and I was in search of a door mirror for 2008 GMC Acadia. I found one online at Howard's Auto Salvage for a very reasonable price. A gentleman named Cliff was the salesman who helped me out. Cliff sent the mirror, which was in excellent condition, to my shop but unfortunately it wasn't the right one. Instead of Cliff saying to bad for you, he went above and beyond by finding me the correct mirror and sending a UPS call tag to pick up the other mirror. I deal with a lot of salvage yards, and believe me when I say, if ever company ran this way, my business would thrive even more then it already does. Thank you Cliff!

The Gamer Mechanic: Bought a cylinder head from them that was in grade A condition. Was told it had to be machined and tested in order to get 30 day warranty. Machine shop informed me that camshafts were bad. When I informed Dos Amigos they told me only the cylinder head was under warranty not the camshafts. 250 dollars down the drain. Won't do business with them again.

And then just told I’ll get a call back again. Poor customer service to not even be able to answer a question and give a phone call. nick secker: Came in on 09/17/2022. Sells agent Blake was extremely rude. I was left at the car lot over 1 1/2 hours , to even be able to test drive a car. Blake lied to me directly about the price told me that the Chevy cobalt had a motor replacement at 160k miles but motor reader read 260k miles( no way someone drove 100k miles in test drives for it to read 260k …. Than Blake also lied to me about price he said 3k out the door , I was than informed that the price was over what he told me. Than he said I can have it for 3 grand I said 2800 he refused it. The car steering was kinda iffy, and it also screeched as soon as you start to go again from a complete stop.. Blake was super rude than told me to leave because I requested to speak with buddy that drives the red Taho suv.since Blake had lied to me about mileage and price both on the car. I was gonna buy in cash right than…. I highly recommend not buying from buddy’s unless you want to waste over 2 hours for absolutely nothing at all.

Jessie Abbey: Very poor all the way around from first phone call to how over priced by triple then any other company do yourself a favor steer clear of this company
Ron Mansker: Called them and explained in great detail what we needed hauled off so they gave a estimate of $100-$200 which was acceptable so we set the appointment for 8am the next morning then we get a call at 8am saying won't be there till 10am so we said ok 1015 rolls around no show finally they arrive and the driver had 0 interest in doing the job you could tell so he said this will be $500 now we had less than a pickup load so I said he'll no and he said okie dokie and left I strongly recommend NOT using this joke company!!!!!

Kim Tandy: Unreliable. Had an appt booked between 12-2 they call and are ready at 11:30, ok fine. Drive and meet them and one of the guys proceeds to tell me it will most likely be a full truck load at $588, which I think is questionable, but ok I need it done. Then he proceeds to tell me.. oh.. we don’t have time to do this. I asked him he’s here 30 min early and I’m actually scheduled between 12-2 how can he not have time? The other guy keeps saying “we can do it” “we have time” but his partner keeps saying no. It made no sense. He tells me they are double booked all day and even though they are 30 min ahead of a window I’m scheduled in for 2 hours he doesn’t have time. Thanks for wasting my time.

Liz Jensen: The team was very nice and friendly and incredibly helpful. I had a pile of old electronic items they removed in just a couple of minutes. These were items I could not stick in the trash. The price to remove them was incredibly reasonable. I am so grateful they were able to help dispose of these things.
Ellen Neske: The workers were nice and on time, but they don't let you know the price before you schedule it, so I didn't know what to expect. $200 for them to grab two old doors and some styrofoam is just absurd...
Daniel Buffington: Cant overstate how thrilled I am with 1800 Got Junk. They came same day, the drivers called ahead and arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional, made no mess or damage, and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. On top of that, I didnt have ro leave my house, rent a truck, and kill my back, then pay almost as much ro drop it at the dump. Ive used them for everything from electronics to yard waste, and will certainly use them again. Cost less to haul the item away than it did to deliver the new item; very affordable. Tim and Nick did a great job, were done in minutes, with no fuss. I've used them 4 times, and will keep doing so.

Bonnie Hogue: We have used this service several times and used to really like it since you can schedule pickup online and they almost always have same day appointments available. This last time the prices went up and the workers made some comments that we felt were unprofessional. Will not be using this service again.

Ashley Tate: We tore down an old deck and had a very large pile of wood that we needed to get rid of. We also had a few items to get rid of from our garage. I was able to schedule an appointment online. They called me before my appointment to let me know they were coming, and they showed up right on time. Everyone was very friendly, and they did an excellent job cleaning everything up! I highly recommend them!!

Nathan Averett: Had them come out to haul off some junk I was cleaning out of a rental property. They were extremely helpful and saved me a ton of time. It sounded expensive for something I could do myself, but the time savings were well worth it. I pointed at everything that needed to be gone, and they did all the work. They even swept the floors when they were done. They took everything from old paint, to crts, to garbage and only charged bases on the space consumed in the truck. I would definitly use them again.
