Shout the orders out when they’re ready or put them where we can just come grab them please. Or at least move the pickup area to the counter closest to the door so it’s separate from the area where people order in store.

Kayla Burgess: My sandwich had frozen chicken in it and my daughters sandwich was wrong. Not a big deal but I did take it back up to the counter because no one wants to eat frozen chicken when you pay 8.00 for a wrap. When they remade it they burnt the chicken so bad it was crunchy and added so much sauce the whole wrap was slimy. No apology or anything and the whole time they were complaining loud enough saying “well I microwaved it twice”. Ok, no one was blaming you I just wanted a wrap that I paid for. We used to eat there multiple times a week but will not be going back. Customer service sucks big time!

James Blankenship: First experience here, stopped to grab a smoothie for a friend and when I went inside it wasn't very busy. 1 person waiting for an order, 1 person in front of me in line. The person working the register said hi, but then when they finished taking that order they turned and walked a few feet away and started laughing with a coworker until someone told them they needed to take my order. It was only a few minutes, but I mean really, poor service. I ordered a peanut butter cup and went to wait. The person who was waiting when I got there was still waiting and when their order came up all they had was a single smoothie, I know they'd been waiting longer than the five minutes I'd been there.At this point I watched as the staff making smoothies only used 2 mixing cups over and over. Instead of using the several clean cups by the sink they used 2 and then washed them and then used them again and kept repeating this process which meant they weren't using all of their mixers at the same time. I also watched as they made smoothies for people who came in after I ordered because apparently the peanut smoothie gets made in an orange mixing cup instead of clear and they were only using the clear ones until mine was the only smoothie left to make. 3 people came in after me and got their smoothies before me. On the plus side once I got my smoothie my friend said it was really good. So at least they were happy. Service left a lot to be desired though.

The girl working was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick a couple of great selections. Price range was medium let anywhere you go to eat nowadays seems expensive to me. The bathroom is one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen at a restaurant and smelled amazing! This will be my go to store for sure!

When I went to tell her my order she acted like I was an inconvenience I did not get a thank you after giving a 15% tip. The smoothie was good but it didn’t tasted as if it was made with love as the sign says, I was disappointed.

Elizabeth Lay: I go here a lot. I have changed my review to this. Normally it's good. Today it tastes like sanitizer or cleaner. Got the same Thai wrap I usually do. It's cut where I can't eat it. The wrap part is stale not toasted but stale. The smoothie part was good only reason for the second star .

The app that you can earn and redeem rewards doesn’t actually work. I was told it was a “corporate problem” and they’d get in trouble if they redeemed it anyway. When I told him he should take that up with his higher ups, he told me he was the higher ups, so I’m not sure who he’d get in trouble with. He made it for me, but it wasn’t worth the hassle anyway.

Sunset smoothie, all mango, Bahamas mama, all pineapple. It’s not even busy when I go in. I go to the one on sunshine and it is consistently delicious but this one always does me wrong. Not even sure why I bother going. I’ll make the extra drive to the one on sunshine

Jennifer Hunt: This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location when it comes to food quality and customer service. I avoid ordering here at all costs if I can because my order is NEVER correct. I always have to ask them for items they’ve missed (edible straws, sides, sauces…) and they always roll their eyes because I have to ask them for something.Customer service at this location is atrocious and they don’t pay attention to food orders. Here’s a perfect example: I ordered a three cheese chicken quesadilla without chicken but extra cheese and this is their version of “extra” cheese. Other locations extra cheese is coming out the sides; it’s actually cheesy! I enjoy Tropical Smoothie itself, but go to a different location if you can.

Bradley Wilkinson: Last few trips there have been horrible. Went on Saturday 10/22/22 , filthy floors and tables. Realized they are Understaffed, but the staff they had were not prepared or trained. Waited 20 minutes. Several Shakes were piling up on counter , no lids , not being passed out. Several of us customers finally went up and had to figure out who’s shakes were who’s. The staff making them I window “really wasn’t sure which ones which.” Will be going to healthy edge or smoothie king from now on.

Got there to pick up my order and realized they gave me the 1st order and I tried explain to the young woman behind the counter that it was a mistaken order I called to cancel.She asked me if I wanted the to remake the order. Huh? The order is fine except I only needed 2 sandwiches and two smoothies. "Well we can only give you back 50 percent of what you paid, it's a new thing." Excuse me? I called and immediately told you it was a mistake before you even had the order. "It's a new thing." That does not work for me."Let me call my boss. She leaves and I am left standing there for nearly 10 minutes. I ask another employee if I am supposed to wait there for her and he went to look. Said she was on the phone and he had no idea.2 minutes later she walks up to the sandwich making area, puts on some gloves and begins making another order completely ignoring me.I left. I got credit back for the second order which was the correct one and 10 dollars less than the original one which was 45 dollars. Long story longer, I will not go back. Food was cold by the time I got it home and was not worth 45 dollars since I only got 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches.I could see if I went in there yelling, but I did not raise my voice or say anything mean. Service truly has gone down hill in some areas.

Nathan M. Prodell: Past 2 orders have been wrong at this location. Just got off the phone with the store and the lady had a horrible attitude about it too. Fortunately the Door Dash driver is doing the right thing and going back to get the correct sandwich even though it wasn't her fault. Management at this location is really lacking - nothing but problems for a year now!

Your Mom: They took down my previous review so I'll post it again. My time spent at this job wasn't worth the stress and emotional damage that I was put through. I was at the location on East Sunshine, and it was awful. In the beginning my manager and I were close, we got along well and he was understanding. As time progressed and he hired more people, he became more apathetic and cold. He hired a 16 year old girl who walks all over him, and in the last weeks of my job I was bullied on the daily basis. The 16 year old had decided she disliked me (I don't know what I did, I've tried apologizing and asking) so she turned several other coworkers against me. Making rude comments, timing how long I went to the bathroom, constantly bossing me around so they could go eat or watch a movie. I cried in my car almost every shift. My manager fired me because "I called in too often" when the last time I called in was a month beforehand due to having a sinus infection. The manager knew I had PTSD,severe depression, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, and and panic attacks. He knew I was on different medications that would occasionally be switched to adjust to my needs, this included making me extremely nauseous and dizzy. This company should have internal investigation before I hire a lawyer.
