Mason Musick: I had gone in for a quote and went back in to start the process based on friends experiences with Cornerstone being great but my experience was not the same. I should have asked for Marshall based on my friends review. I have worked not as a jeweler but in jewelry before so I do know a few things about the process and what all is possible. I worked with Sonia and she seemed condescending in her tone to me and didn't see the whole picture of what I wanted to do and seemed like she didn't want to either. Under the guise of saving me money, it seemed she just kept adding additional things since it would not be done all at one time but really if she wanted to do that, we would have worked out the plan for the final product and it would have been a multi-visit process based on the date of my 10yr anniversary surprise, so I didn't pay this additional cost here and then the same cost on the next visit and the same on the next visit... there was a way to get it all done but we didn't get there. She also didn't ask when I needed it by, it was just a statement of - we are taking jobs for June. I didn't feel comfortable to continue the process. They aren't hurting for my business and I'm ok with that. I will own that I left in a little of a huff and was abrupt at the end, due to being frustrated and undervalued.

He worked with me for 7 months trying to get the ring as perfect as we could get it. I was very nit picky with the details of the ring and every time I would ask for minor adjustments, Billy would continue to work on the ring and never once got annoyed by how picky I was being. He acted like he was genuinely happy to make the adjustments. By the time that we finished with the ring it was way better than I ever could have imagined and was better than perfect. Staff came up to us to talk about the different rings, advantages, disadvantages, and durability of all the different metals and finishes were discussed with us. It didn’t seem like we were being pushed to purchase anything or swayed in any direction from staff preferences. We were actually encouraged to purchase the less expensive ring but ended up purchasing two rings and left extremely happy with the service we received from everyone.

I waited a while longer and eventually someone paged me to come up to get my ring cleaned. They need a better process and it should be first come first serve. People should be treated equally.

AND THEY NEVER ONCE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THE RING HAD COME IN AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE. I LOOKED UP THE DELIVERY PROOF AND IT SAYS EXACTLY WHO SIGNED FOR IT. THE EVENING OF FEB 28 I WENT TO PICK IT UP. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. WE HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THERE AND I PAID 561$ FOR HIS WEDDING BAND. THAT MAY NOT BE A LOT TO SOME PEOPLE BUT TO A BLUE COLLAR HARD WORKING FAMILY IT IS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RELAXED ABOUT THE SITUATION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEAR I WAS UPSET. THIS PURCHASE MEANT A LOT TO ME AND BEING ABLE TO PICK OUT AND PURCHASE A NICE RING FOR MY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THEY MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY PURCHASE DID NOT MATTER. DIDN'T APOLOGIZE ONE TIME OR EXPLAIN ONE TIME WHAT HAPPENED. EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT HAVE BEAUTIFUL ITEMS.
