Charlie Moline: I have been a customer since 2004. Have had multiple loans and mortgages with Wells Fargo. The customer service is terrible and while refinancing 2 properties recently was told they won’t do one and are now changing the terms on the other one. tYhey will do what ever they can make customers pay more fees. Time to change banks.
Brandon Knight: One day late on a payment, and Will not waive $25 late fee. No grace period. Definitely do not reccomend.
N. Rollo: Telephone system is horrible; most of the time there is no operator and requires you spell the first and last name of the person you seek and ... when you do reach a live human being, the response is snippy. NOT a customer friendly establishment; as if they are doing you a favor by answering the phone!!
GITTY Yup: In general Wells Fargo was in the past and maybe still be unethical in its practices at least in the area of automobile purchased personal customer accounts as they failed to provide notice for at least six years to me from their credit neglect as all they needed to do was to clear my credit rating status by updating my name, address only from a " charge off " account and was supposed to be a closed account from JUL 012' - AUG 018" to the credit bureaus. Thanks " Fart ( on me ) and go " for hampering my credit status through incompetent and unprofessional neglect with not so much as a phone call or email during all that time. - MP -
Bev Harmon: I have spent 4 hours on the phone the last two weeks. I have been trying to get annual IRA distribution sent to my bank. I filled out all the proper forms and attached a void check which has all my banking information. I found out today they sent to wrong account number and it was refused. I called today and have been on the phone for another 2 hours. The problem still isn’t solved. No one bothered to call me to tell me, when I called today still isn’t resolved. As soon as I can I’m moving my IRA
Sheila Dunbar: Received terrible customer service from your desk receptionist today. I moved to Missouri only a few years ago and wasn’t aware there are no bank branches in Springfield. Google maps sent me to your office, and she acted as if I were a moron for not knowing the closest branch is in Kansas City.I had a question about an account I was on for an elderly relative that should have been closed years ago when that relative died. She rolled her eyes when I asked how I could get information, but did write down the 1 800 number for me. I thanked her, and she made no reply.I was a corporate trainer for years, and developed customer service standards and classes. She was a failure at being a positive representative for your company, which is definitely not the public relations your company needs right now.
