In our house the old insulation--extremely dirty--had to be removed first. Then the crew sealed all holes around ducts and then added new insulation, increasing the effectiveness of our insulation by 10 times. The crew was careful about reducing waste that might have come into our home and diligent about cleaning what little did fall. Caleb made sure we had the paperwork we needed to receive a $500 rebate from City Utilities. Suzanne Kohn: He was knowledgeable and comfortable to be in my home. Everything he did I knew needed it and we are now starting to notice a difference in heating and cooling. He even painted my porch as it was on my list of things I needed to do. I highly recommend him He responded immediately to my interest in insulation and did everything I wanted ... he uses a computer and equipment to determine heat loss including around doors light fixtures etc and then responds with type of equipment needed.
Shane Green: I have never had our home inspected for wasted energy so I didn't know what to expect but knew I wanted to see if I could save any money on our electric bills so I contacted Caleb. Caleb came out and did a complete HERS inspection of our home which took about 6 hours. He was very profesional and patient with me as I followed him around my home asking for him to explain what he was doing and how the many peices of equipment he uses works. What a pleasant surprise it was when Caleb shared his findings, our home was the most energy efficient home he had ever inspected! He did have a few minor pieces of advice, mainly just to add some caulking here or there for better insulation.Overall great experience and I would higly recommend Caleb to any of my friends or family.

The roof was continually delayed due to weather (lots of rainy/windy days), but the gutters were completed within a day or two of the roof.They were able to give me a quote over the phone using the measurements from my insurance company. John Washam: Spoke with Jamie on the phone, and he gave me good information to help me make the decision on what to do to increase the R value in my attic. Another company I got a quote from wanted to vacuum out the old insulation, but Jamie helped me understand that is overkill, if the old insulation doesn't have water or pest damage. My insulation was clean, so I was able to just blow insulation over the top of the old, and the temperature in our house is staying much more stable than it was. I appreciate that Jamie helped me understand what I needed and not suggest unnecessary work. Their price was lower than the other company I got a quote from, so B&B got my business. It was a good experience!
