Dante Robertson: Went to KO to have work done on my power washer. The staff was very professional. They identified the problem and got everything fixed in a timely manner. They did a very thorough job and made sure all of the components on my machine were functioning properly.
Mason Kisner: I have been dealing with KO and their full line of products from their car wash and detail side and have never had a problem with the quality of their products, the service they deliver and they're willingness to work with you. Thank you for making the most versatile and potent cleaner/shampoo/stain remover I have ever used.
Travis Drinkwine: Be very careful with this company. They support a chemical company called RT-66 that scammed us out of over $15,000 dollars. I called to voice my concern with what happened and was assured I would be getting a call from the owner after being told he had delt with that dealer a lot. The call never happened. All I can surmise is that they are fine with or maybe even in cahoots with the company committing fraud.
anonymous: I called and the man on the phone was so rude. He refused to give me his name. It was around 4pm on a Wednesday. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered in life. They should really hire someone else to answer their phones who has a friendlier personality. I am telling everyone I know to never deal with this business due to this man and his rudeness!!!!

Pentax Fotog: Back on March 11, I ordered several bottles of hand sanitizer. Due to covid some of the items were backordered. When they did start arriving not all of order came at once. After three months the remainder of the order arrived. Because of the time lag and partial shipment earlier, there was some confusion on final delivery. SPC was very generous by giving me the benefit of the doubt as to the final delivery. They didn't quibble over a question about the shipment, but realized these are extraordinary times and took care of the customer. Thank you, SPC!
