Patrick Fitzgerald: Great guys working there. I enjoyed the discussions with the staff as much as buying a new car.
Larry Bateman: I am writing this on the service department at Reliable. I have purchased two cars from them over the past 8 years, and I bought the maintenance packages for them. I have to drive 90 miles to get my car serviced so I always book an appointment. The problem his even with an appointment I still wait two hours for a oil change/tire rotation. Yesterday I got no explanation of why it was taking so long until I ask, and I was told they were waiting on oil. Seriously!! This was after waiting over an hour I went walking around to see my vehicle still sitting in the lot waiting. After asking as earlier mentioned, and being told it was being pulled in, now it was another hour before it was ready. I sent a txt back to the service department from the ones they had sent earlier to speak with the service manager, but of course received no txt or phone call. Along with no apology of the two hour time frame it took to get the car serviced upon checking out, just simply i need two signatures. Bad service!!

Katie Mcmahon: I wish I never bought from them. With in days Of buying my car I had to take it in and get work done on it. It had a axle broken and needed two new tires due to Safety hazards involving them. I then had a tire pressure since I let go out after they replaced my new tires. I am still having issues with that 8 months later and they can't do anything about it because the light won't Stay on. after that appointment today I leave and my check engine light is on and all of a sudden. I have a fuel pressure sensor that has gone out. I was not having any issues with the vehicle before I took it in every time I go to get. It worked on and leave there is a new light on my - and I have to go back and ask them to come check it out because they act like. They didn't see it. On top of all of that I bought a bunch of extra warranty which luckily has paid for a lot of the items to get fixed but they told. Me that it would cover a key replacement so we would. Only replace the key if we had 2 at the time. I then had to go back to the used car department. I ended up getting a key built to them but the whole situation has been extremely frustrating. I will never be going back to purchasing another car with them again And advise everybody To do the same.

Jonny Diaz: This place is a joke. I had a deal worked out on a vehicle with Ron but it was leaking transmission fluid. It was Saturday and the service dept was closed so he told me to hold off until Monday so they can fix it and we can finalize the deal. He informs me on Monday that they had to order a part and it would be in Tuesday. I get a text Tuesday saying he sold it out from underneath me monday night but if i was interested in something else to let him know. I wouldn't waste another minute with this place but if you must do business with them steer clear of Ron and ask for John.
Kirthan Velpanur: I sold my VW car to Napleton. Both Claude Thomas and Mike Moss did everything they could to make the sale smooth even though it took me some time to get the title. They are a highly ethical dealership and will offer you a fair deal. I fully recommend doing business with them.

James VanNoy: This reviews for the service department alone.If I could give zero stars, I would. Service “manager“, is the problem here. I fix a lot of cars at a lot of places. I was forced to fix a Volkswagen here due to software programming.However, upon arrival, I was basically tried to be talked out of leaving my car here due to turnaround time. This was by the service advisor.After going ahead and leaving the car, my low oil pressure indicator was diagnosed as a faulty sensor, and the wiring around it. After Replacing the sensor and fixing the wiring harness did NOT fix the problem, I was then told it was simply the wrong oil filter, and the post it was attached to causing the actual issue.However, I was still charged the full diagnostic charge, and also the charge for the sensor and the wiring housing that I 100% did not need. Plus I was charged for the oil filter, and the post.After complaining about them miss diagnosing the problem, and figuring things out on my dime, I was then told that if I did not want to have it fixed there I could take it somewhere else.I don’t normally leave reviews, but this service “manager“ deserves a scathing review from a very unhappy customer.Definitely would not recommend.

There was damage to the front end of the car that we didn’t see and no one mentioned until after we put down our deposit. The manager absolutely refused to work with us on getting it repaired. Refused to give us deposit back. Refused to lower price. Hung up on my husband on the phone when asking for our deposit back. I will NEVER EVER come here to purchase a vehicle again. They are not good people. I would give this place a ZERO if I could.

He took the time to call me before my appointment to let me know, and let me know they had similar cars on the lot. John never made me feel pressured to buy anything and as a result the buying process was essentially stress free. John followed up with me a few times after the purchase to make sure I was happy.I've had some small issues that needed addressed, but all were covered under the TDI/Dieselgate warranty with no hassle. Service cost is higher but that is what you get with a dealership. It has been worth it though, as they always provide updates and clear communication.I really couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're in the market for a new car visit John Bradley at Napleton.
Michael Brewer: My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen from John Bradley and it was the smoothest car buying experience I have had. We were going to look at this vehicle specifically and it couldn't have been easier. We told John what we were wanting for our trade and they came back with a great deal. We agreed to everything and then met Bill in finance. Bill answered all our questions and was a pleasure to talk with. Never once did we feel like we were getting fed a line to make us buy. Then, after the sale we had to go back and get our second key reprogramed and they washed the car again and filled it with gas. It was just an all around easy and enjoyable experience. If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend seeking John out. You will not be disappointed.

Makenna Ortlieb: The employee we talked to was great however the manager on duty at the time was very pushy and overbearing and made us feel like we didn't have a choice. We asked to stay under $400 a month max and requested a 13,000 vehicle and he showed us 26,000 vehicles and said he could get our monthly payment down to $700 a month and acted like he was doing us a favor. His service was off putting and we chose a different dealership because they listened to our requests and found us a car we loved in a price range we were comfortable with.

They then recommend a fluid flush that isn't part of the service - I decline. They then recommend an alignment, also not part of what I scheduled (and not needed) - I decline.After about 1h 10m, they come to me in lobby - "we're really busy and haven't started on your car yet." I ask to bring my car around, I'll be leaving. They come back saying my car was just put up on the rack. I ask how much longer; they reply about 25 minutes, and usually oil changes take about an hour to an hour fifteen, and "you've been here about 45 minutes."*checks watch* no, I've been here an hour sixteen. Bring my car around, please, I'm leaving.1. Don't provide scheduled appointments if you're not running your shop to schedule.2. Don't use online scheduling tool if you're going to ask me when I show up what's needed3. Don't try to upsell requests for routine maintenanceWill never be returning; if parts are ever needed, I'll drive to Joplin to get them.

Russ Williams: Bought a Jeep Liberty 4x4 from these guys! Smelled oil the day I bought it and they assured me it was from the oil change. Sold me a junk warranty as well. Two weeks later I had to have the head gasket changed. I've also had to put a new radiator and two new window motors in the jeep. To top it off the side panels have started rusting in which it looked as if they had just done a patch job to get it sold! Do not trust this car lot!!!!

I felt at ease the second I met Ellis. Great personable, and direct. I literally can’t imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else again. We’ve had the car almost five months and had zero problems. They obviously take pride in their cars with the best detailing you’ll see from a used car lot. From the look of the car to what’s under the hood. I just casually mentioned wanting a Bluetooth stereo in the car one day and they offered to have one installed, that’s going the extra mile. AND, they held off on putting a car out until I looked at it, which I ended up buying. Highly recommend especially for people afraid of making big purchases, you’ll feel at ease through the whole process. Their prices can’t be beat and their website is the best one of any that I looked at, price posted, extremely detailed information on each automobile and you can inquire with questions and they’ll respond quickly.
