David Reno: Seems no effort or care is put into keeping stock on numerous items most noticeably CO2 as one of the few places in town that carries CO2 for exchange you can walk in and there are regularly empty bottles sitting by the desk and none full. They offer to call you when they arrive but not their supplier to ensure timely delivery

Hippo: Colin acted like he knew what he was talking about, barely letting me finish asking the question before answering. I noticed he was completely wrong as soon as I opened the box at home, then he was rude when it was returned.Will not be returning.

JR Hendry: It’s 2021, and there’s a ton of useless stores and people in this industry- but these folks deserve an award. If you’re interested in witnessing for yourself what terrible service, pricing, and the opposite of helpful employees look like then this is your stop. If however you want to go somewhere professional that has any knowledge of what they are doing, and has any willingness to be helpful I’d highly recommend going pretty much anywhere else. Poster child for everything wrong in the industry.
