Stacy Killingsworth: Well, I can't believe this place is still in business. I call the springfield number and get transferred to the service department . They tell me to bring in a piece of equipment over 1000lbs. I load and drive into town and no one knows what I'm talking about. They say they don't even diagnose this equipment, I would need to remove cylinder.So what happened is all calls get routed to Wichita office and they don't even ask where I'm at. I call back again and still don't ask where I'm at. They can't understand why springfield wouldn't take it. They say they usually just ship this stuff to Joplin or Wichita JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT!!!Now you tell me how much that is going to add to the bill on something of this size! So if you do deal with this company YOU better ask all the right questions or you will be wasting a heck of a lot of time and money. Of course all I get is "we are sure sorry". With this kind of a business model, I wonder if they could find the plumbed port with all ten fingers!

Hal Smith: Our PTO yoke and u joint decided to come apart late in the day 1 call and they had what we needed and got it done fast. The pricing is fair for the good customer service. Smiths Dash trash will use them everytime!
Rick Patrick: These boy's didn't do a great job for me, got the truck home and raised the bed and the tailgate will not unlatch and there is a massive air leak under the cab, and when I went to pay my bill it was three more than what I was quoted on the labor on installing it $1000. Too $1100. Plus parts the bill has $3225. On labor ! And i had the bed and cylinder and the total bill was $6001.47 that just made me sick never again......

Gregory Marto: Have been many of times and they are very expensive. What will keep me from going back was the attitude from the owner. Sent our runner to make two hoses. Owner himself didn’t crimp one fitting mechanic installs hoses they turn on machine and get a bath of hydraulic oil. Runner drives back and they crimp the end. I call the next morning asking for an explanation and he said it happens. I asked for a refund ($115.). And he only refunds one hose. I pay for runners time, mechanic time, mechanic to go home, for hydraulic oil, and to clean up oil spill. Definitely not going back.
Lukasz Lukasiewicz: I was in need of hydraulic hose for my cat excavator today and I called pirteknewark center in Kenilworth nj and they dispatched one of their technician right away when they showed up the tech was very nice and professional in what he was doing fixed my machine in less than 2 hrs I am very happy with their service and will recomend them to any one.
