Stacy Killingsworth: Well, I can't believe this place is still in business. I call the springfield number and get transferred to the service department . They tell me to bring in a piece of equipment over 1000lbs. I load and drive into town and no one knows what I'm talking about. They say they don't even diagnose this equipment, I would need to remove cylinder.So what happened is all calls get routed to Wichita office and they don't even ask where I'm at. I call back again and still don't ask where I'm at. They can't understand why springfield wouldn't take it. They say they usually just ship this stuff to Joplin or Wichita JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT!!!Now you tell me how much that is going to add to the bill on something of this size! So if you do deal with this company YOU better ask all the right questions or you will be wasting a heck of a lot of time and money. Of course all I get is "we are sure sorry". With this kind of a business model, I wonder if they could find the plumbed port with all ten fingers!

Bailey Glidewell: From start to finish, just an absolute AMAZING group of people. I was struggling to get a surveyor to come out and complete a survey on a property for a client to sell. Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful, professional and kind. She was honest with me about time frame and what to expect. She was very quick to get me to the next step where she passed me off to Jeremy. Jeremy was able to squeeze us into their schedule in just a few days, which was VERY much needed. They got the reports to me within 2 business days, the surveyor was incredibly nice, per my client, and Jeremy was on top of everything. They didn't overpromise but they certainly over-delivered, maintaining professionalism to the very end. I could not recommend them enough! AMAZING TEAM!
