Nick Billionis: Had no trouble until the new people started. The old guy can’t work the computer and has repeatedly been unable to process my payments and then says “I don’t know what to tell ya”. I am a commercial tier a d try to use local shops for supplies. These guys only stock local needs (understandable) but the hooks are VERY inconsistent. I can’t count on them and don’t want to deal with their tech problems. I’ve heard “ I don’t know what to tell ya” for the last time.

Table Rock Kid: Stopped in to Fin & Feather a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I was amazed at the selection they offer - many items that can't be found at the "big box store". Though their stock is low right now - just as so many places around the country - they still had lots of things I had been looking for, and didn't want to order online because I wanted to actually 'eyeball' what I was buying rather than order it based on a written description or poor photo. Sign at the door clearly states "No mask - No service" - yet I see some reviewers here complaining. That's their loss. A great tackle store, with wide selection of product (especially lure making materials) and I'll definitely be going back.

The1stMcChicken: Experience depends on who is working the counter. I do not know names but there is one gentleman that rudely turned me away because I didn't have a mask. If he would have used a different tone I would have gladly worn a mask. Poor business choice when I'm walking in with the intention of buying tackle. I've spend hundreds on rods and reels in this store and even more if you add the tackle I've bought. The older grey haired gentleman I visited previously was nice, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. Given the amount of competition they have I would recommend being more consistent with quality service.

I was contacted by the GM personally regarding my order and missing items. They went above and beyond to make me whole and they certainty earned my business back. I wouldn't recommend anyone does business with this company, and if I don't hear from them in the next few days, I'll be disputing the charges thru my bank for goods and services not received.

I moved my review to 4 stars from 1 star.PREVIOUS POST: I purchased several jerkbaits recently from the webstore and was shipped an incorrect color on two of the baits (same color ordered). I expect an easy mistake to make. After 4 emails over a week and a half, I have received zero response. Obviously no effort to correct the issue has been made on behalf of Bait-Wrx. A no response to a simple situation is piss poor customer service.
