Barbara Reffitt: I have lived at Fox River Estates for 2 years. I love the spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets. Nice size dining area and livingroom. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large also with plenty of closet space. I really like the layout of the entire apartment. Lighting is also exceptional but an over the sink light would be a nice improvement. Overall I am very satisfied with the apartment.

I never have to wait long for maintenance when I have an issue and upkeep is ALWAYS done when scheduled so I never have to worry about the little things. And our property manager is fantastic!

Merandia Justine: I live at the new fox River estates in Willard and I have nothing bad to say about our complexs. Our landlord and maintenance man are always very helpful and timely. When moving here we were afraid we couldn't find a nice place to raise our babies for a decent price and we were pleasantly surprised at the rent prices and how nice our apt is. This is a very good company and a great place to live lots of nice people and a friend at every door. And did I mention how awesome our manager for the property is?? She is amazing!

Patricia Waite: I live at Forest Trails in Lindale Texas. I have live here about four months and I love it. It has just opened this year and is very energy efficient. The manager is very nice and helpful. I lived at another place where she was the manager and she was great there also. I don't think I will ever leave here unless I have to go into a nursing home.

Our manager, Danie Heimbach, is efficient, courteous, kind and professional. She has consistently gone above and beyond expectations in helping me. We have a beautiful complex and I sincerely enjoy living here. I appreciate the fact that our local police station is just across the street. I feel safe and secure.

Donna Dotson: We lived in Fox River Estates #2 for 2 years and loved every minute of it. Dani is the best Manager we've ever had and can't say enough about Randy (our son, not really but love him just the same) our maintenance man. Our neighbors were and are the best. We moved to be closer to our kids and grandkids or I'd be there till the day I died, or they kicked me out. We had a disabled ready apartment and it made our life a lot easier. As I said I'd highly recommend it to others.

Nancy Smith: i am just moving into Forest Trails but I have been dealing with Sue and all of the people running it.. Had a couple of things to be corrected and they were done that day or by the next day.. One thing needing to be fixed is the sprinkler system in the plant beds in the front of the apartment. Otherwise looking like a super efficient Senior living Duplex.

L: I love Fulbright Springs the neighborhood is beautiful and the houses are affordable. The property manager Jennie is very easy to talk to and helpful. The fact a Social Worker is on sight 4 days a week encourages strengthens and sometimes help supports the families in the community. I can not say enough about this wonderful housing option. My family has a house we can call home.

John Cox: Madison tires actually is the home office for the Springfield housing authority. So it's not really an enjoyable place it's just a good place to go to get a house.

When our house in Arkansas sold, I called her and the hunt was on go..full speed ahead! Within 16 days we were under contract, closed and moving!! She is so easy to work with, very personable and a top-norch professional!! I will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for their dream home!!

J Fletcher: DO NOT WORK WITH MELISSA CYR!!! I am a disabled combat veteran with a young family. We attempted to buy our first home last year. We haven’t had any experience with realtors before and never expected what happen next. We attempted to build a home in Republic with a builder that was recommended to us by Melissa. She showed us a couple houses but always pushed this builder to us while we were looking at already established homes. Long story short we ended up with a house that was having the wrong materials put on it bc the builder cuts corners (didn’t find this out till we talked to another builder that knows MCPHAIL, who has a HORRIBLE rep) ZERO updates from the realtor while all this is happening. Not until months went by did we go by and see it for ourselves. Pulling up to the house and seeing my wife immediately start bawling was gut wrenching. (Our mistake for thinking she was doing her job) The manner in which this individual dropped the ball wasn’t just a simple mistake, we could’ve forgiven that. It was truly neglect on her part. If we are going to purchase a $300,000 home you better have good communication, be knowledgeable about the process/builders and have some shrivel of integrity to do the right thing by your client. Melissa had none of these traits. It wasn’t until we had three weeks to go with the house about 30% complete that we decided to pull out walk away from it and start all over. Had Melissa done her job , we wouldn’t have been lead so far down that road. We cannot recommend this individual to any family or person looking for a home. We ended up finding a great home months later w/o any help from a “realtor.” Kept that commission check for ourselves.
