Elisha Keegan: Since I moved into my home a year and a half ago, I have been wanting to get it professionally deep cleaned so that I wouldn't have to do it myself and because I knew if it was done professionally, it would be cleaned good and right. This is my second experience with a professional cleaning company that did not provide my entire home with a deep clean. When inquiring about this service, I specifically said I wanted a deep clean. However, I received a basic clean. The ladies did a great job, but I shouldn't pay $500.00 for something I do myself on a weekly basis. That type of cost should be for a deep clean, which I had the intentions of getting and was okay with paying. Also, the checklist they provided is different than the one I was provided originally because the one they checked as they were cleaning has less items. They also checked everything on the list, but did not do everything. When I have a service done, I make sure it's done correctly so that I know I am getting my money's worth. That is not the situation once again with a cleaning company. I am not happy about this overall experience. Especially since I am getting married next and wanted it deeped cleaned before people came over to see the house. Now I will have to find time and stress about deep cleaning it myself before my wedding.Service:Standard cleaning

There was a check list that had listed everything that had been done, and I was thoroughly impressed with how detailed the cleaning was. They treat their employees like trash and it's funny using a high turnover rate as an excuse to not be able to send the same person to a house as simply requested. Should tell you all you need to know right there.They don't train their employees correctly and then yell at them when they didn't do something correctly they were never even taught. Not to mention made one work on a super swollen ankle because it "wasn't part of their plan" for her to have twisted it and couldn't afford her not to work on it making it worse.Save yourself some time and support and better business.

You can imagine our surprise when our cleaner was 50min late with zero communication from the company. That alone was forgivable… until it turned out that she hadn’t actually cleaned the kitchen nor bathroom. I was specifically told the garbage would be taken out and not one garbage in the house was emptied. In fact, she actually broke our kitchen garbage bag and it spilled out into the inside of the container… and she just left it! At that point, we were done. John & Danielle Myers: With the closing of a 4400 sq ft home this company was given 4 hours to clean an empty home for the new residents. Half the baseboards, shelves, light fixtures were full of dust, the oven & fridge were wiped down, but the oven door and racks were full of baked on grease from the previous owners. One bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. Etc.The company sent 2 more cleaners to fix the problem after we moved in. One cleaner cleaned 5 bathrooms & vacuumed a portion of the home. The other cleaner wiped down the kitchen counters, mopped the kitchen and tried to clean the kitchen window. They weren’t allowed any extra time so we were left to clean the grease out of the stove (we cleaned the fridge and microwave ourselves prior), dust the remaining light fixtures, vacuum, sweep and mop tile, etc.Before they left I asked how long it would take to finish our home. They said 4.5 hours should be good on a normal day. They had 4 hours and couldn’t swing it.Moving into a new home is exciting! Frantically dusting floor boards prior to movers setting up furniture and getting food particles out of the fridge prior to unloading food was stressful We patiently waited for the company to fix their mistake and was disappointed that we ended up having to clean kitchen appliances, floors and dust from remaining light fixtures after a second team came in.Would not recommend this cleaning service.Service:Moving-related cleaning

John Scott: I have mixed reviews. Had 2 people show up for a whole house cleaning, one arrived 30 min early and other 30 minutes late. Early girl did an outstanding job, while late girl's areas needed redoing. I will error on the side of good and give 4 stars, only because one worker did an outstanding job and had an outstanding and customer service oriented attitude. If it was just her I would have given 10 stars. I do reccomend them, just be careful who you get, and don't be afraid to ask for somone different if they look like they won't meet your expectations.
