Charlette Miller: Showed up at 11:35am on Tuesday and they opened at 9am per the door hours and website hours and it was not open. They sent all calls to voicemail. Guess I will have to find another smokeshop to do business with, one thats open.

Chanel Ferguson: Worst Smoke Shop in Springfield.I went from being a fan to being extremely disappointed. I have shopped here several times because of the prices. But after 3-4 times of buying the same product, i returned again and was overcharged for the exact same product i had bought multiple times. When i returned to the shop after this incident, i brought it up to them and asked if i could get the overcharged amount returned or another of the EXACT SAME PRODUCT minus what I was overcharged for, which was about 50% of the overall price of the product. I was told that the first 3-4 purchases were rang up incorrectly followed by being told that they raised their prices. This all happened within a 2 week period. So basically, they lie and charge whatever they want whenever they want and wont refund your money. Dont shop here. Extremely dissatisfied.

Shawn: An honest review…They’re awful. They’ll make you test the product before leaving which is fine but they don’t care if it’s defective or if what they’re selling isn’t what it claims to be. They’ll argue that, “Well I have a business and lose money if I replace the product.” And? You’re a business!! You have a responsibility to your customers. Want people to come back? Take care of the customers who keep you in business. Sell products that are what they say they are. Shouldn’t have to contact the manufacturer just to get a replacement for a defective product…not once, but twice. By the way, the manufacturer refers you back to the business as it is on them to take the hit and find a better product. Not to mention, the claim they’d lose money is also a lie. Like most business they buy their product at a lower price and sell it at a higher price…clearly. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a “business.” If you can’t handle running a business, don’t. Plain and simple. You’re better off taking your business down to Vapor World which is cheaper, more reliable, and in the same shopping center.

Felix Phillips: I ***Used to be a VAPOR WORLD Customer,*** Faithfully. But then they sold Me [[[4]]] bad vapes in a row, none lasting more than 24 hours, but allegedly 6000 or 7000 puffs. Then, their inventory was sp unreliable. You almost couldn't adopt a usual juice or vape flavor because they'd be out &/or stop carrying it- though it was still on the market elsewhere. I always loathed that they didn't sell cigarettes or other tobacco/smoker related products. I just assumed that this was the way of all Vape distributors.Then I went to Royalty. they have a great selection of product, consistent inventory, a large variety to choose from. They sell cigarettes, and other tobacco/smoker related items pipes, & accessories, carrying all that I had come to know at Vapor World, & soooo much more! (Even if you account for Glass City, Roaylty still got 'em whooped as the 'one-stop-shop,' the 'super-center of smokes/ vapes/accessories for whatever it is you're smoking. Now, **I'M A ROYALTY CUSTOMER,** faithfully! THANKS THANKS THANKS!.

Joshua Delao: They have a variety of disposable vapes but half the time I get one from here it has some sort of issue. The most recent time being today. I spent 50$ on two disposables (which is fine) and left the store for a minute, maybe 2 before returning because one of the vapes were leaking within the package. I tried returning the vape and the employee had said once I walk out I can’t return any vapes. It makes sense but at the same time I had no warning of this policy and wasn’t prompted to check for any leaks in the store. Debating if I should come back here or go to a generic vape store
