lccgl479: Today’s visit was a scheduled spring checkup on our HVAC System. We received a text from SS&B letting us know that our technician, Ryan was on his way. I received another text upon his arrival. Ryan introduced himself and explained what he was here to do today. He put coverings over his shoes prior to coming inside our home. He checked out our thermostat as well as the filters in the returns. He then moved into the garage where he accessed the HVAC system to perform required testing there. Ryan then went into the crawl space, at my request, to check out the ductwork. He finished his service by cleaning the coils and testing the capacitors. Ryan was friendly, courteous and professional.
