Mark E Herndon: I would like to give SCS the best possible rating as they took care of me and my project at the highest level… Starting from the very beginning when I was getting info on what they offered and what was possible, all the way through when everything was installed and they took the time to train me on how to use the equipment they had just installed in laymen’s terms so even I could understand… Jeff and later Greg led me through picking what equipment I needed at the best price for best equipment available without any extra expense on things I didn’t need and getting Tracy to prewire it during construction and then arranging getting Tracy back out to do the actual install as the house was being finished… Tracy and the other guys were first rate and no one could have done a better job in my opinion… The best part was when Tracy showed me how to work my new system and then later came back to finish a few small details and then rechecked to make sure that I wasn’t having any trouble… I thought that kind of service was long gone in this day and time, but I was wrong as it still exists at SCS… You would do well to chose SCS Home Entertainment for your new home or next project…
Jared Lassiter: I was in the market for a new AV receiver. Told Greg what I was using it for, what features I would like it to have and my budget. He came back with 3 options that ticked all the box’s. Explained the main differences between them and gave his opinion about each one. He was very knowledgeable with great customer service. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for your audio video needs.

Other reviews with employees saying they never got paid. Never worked with the same people twice. The lady at the front desk can't answer questions on how to get paid. Worked around 10 hours roughly got paid 17 dollars. Manger asked for my account info several times made me feel uneasy. Finally, asked during the interview and while I worked how long it takes and what I have to accomplish to get full time hours never got answers and one person literally laughed?!?! So I left them.

Jennifer: Went in for a new computer. Cameron and his manager were awesome! They were both very helpful and made the whole experience a great one. Keep up the great work guys!
Stacey Maples: Waited 30 min for assistance and no one came despite seeing workers congregating and talking. Would have been large purchase but instead I'll take my business elsewhere for this and future purchases.
Nicole Barnett: Called ahead to make sure they had the TV I wanted. Like ten minutes before I got there. They didn't have it. Had to wait like twenty minutes to even be acknowledged even though there were plenty of sales people. The dude at the register I was at didn't even acknowledge me. Finally someone asked if I needed help and told me they had a comparable tv in the back. He went to get it and I waited thirty minutes before leaving. I have an injury and am in a walking boot and I couldn't stand any longer physically and was no offered any place to sit. Went to Walmart and was in and out in thirty minutes. Best Buy your customer service sucks, and I am definitely not a Karen. I gave you an hour to get me a tv in a box. You probably could have sold me a more expensive product if you had been more attentive. Not shopping here again.

Yvonne Kay: My husband and I went into purchase a ring doorbell bundle. We stood there in the doorbell area for what seemed to be forever. Wr finally saw one of the blue shirts walking down a main aisle. I asked if he could help us. He said he didn’t know much about them but he would call an associate to help us. We waited and waited. We finally got fed up and proceeded to the exit. There were four blue shirts hanging around the front door. Shouldn’t they have been helping customers?

Bonesmacker: FANTASTIC customer service. I walked in and was greeted. They asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told them I needed a wireless Xbox headset. He told me where they were located and that someone would be over to help me shortly (even though I didn't ask). By the time I got there, a nice young man asked me what I was looking for, I showed him the photo, and he led me straight to it. Not only that he confirmed it was the correct one and asked if he could help me find anything else! I expect this customer service for someone elderly, but I am only 38. It was truly a great experience, and he saved me some time searching for it.GREAT employees. It was a very refreshing experience.
