He pulled up a chair and sat right next to Daddy’s bedside with a watchful eye. He talked with him, listened to him, gave him water when he asked, and made him comfortable. Amanda was with us the day Daddy met Jesus and she was such a comfort. Once again, she was focused on him and his needs. She even made coffee for us as we’d had a long few days. My Daddy wanted to be dressed because he was taking a trip and Amanda made sure he was dressed just the way he told her. The team is so well trained to be attentive to the person in their care. It allowed us to be a daughter and granddaughter in my Dad’s last hours. You cannot make a better choice for senior care for your loved one!

I would have used his phone. Everyone has a cell phone except me. Most everyone lets me use their phone. You assumed that I was trying to call him not my wife. If I could not use your valuable business phone and personal cell would do. I live in Springfield a local call. I only have a land line phone.

Addie Salmon: Erik came into my grandparents house thursday 11/12/2020 and talked everything over and told us they were able to move her and everything then on Sunday 11/15/2020 they sent the schedule for the week. They had sent someone for monday 11/16/2020 to clean, but in the packet it says they will have someone clean 1 day a week and the other care like moving my grandmother in/out of bed, dressing her, helping with the bathroom and bathing and everything 7 days a week, but then they sent someone to clean today but no one to move her or help with transportation for anything. The lady that came today to clean said that they do not move the patients at all, but Erik told us that they do and he is the president. Very unhappy with them not communicating correctly!!!! 😞 So sad

Smeatdog DZN: Sutton In-Home Senior Care have been a blessing to our family. We live out of state and were dealing with senior parents living on their own. Sutton helped us out tremendously especially when one parent had to go into the hospital. They were able to quickly provide us 24 hour care for our mother (who has dementia) and was at home while the other was in the hospital. Now our parents have transitioned into long-term care and Sutton has been a great help to us coordinating doctor's appointments and bringing our parents to them. I highly recommend them!

Dasjanee Watkins: Horrible company to work for! work you hard but don't wanna pay you anything you can't get a raise unless you work 3 months without missing any days be careful when applying they're not all out what they make themselves out to be. Being that I stop working at the job I'm getting harassment calls from Brooke Sutton's husband Sean Sutton. I've never met a day in my life if Brooke had any questions or concerns she could have called me herself and if I receive any more calls I will be filing a police report have a nice day. I've never in my life experienced this much unprofessionalism or harassment from me voluntarily leaving a job. And I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and Missouri Commission of Human Rights to report these harassment calls and poor management and unethical behavior. I'm entitled to a write a review regarding my experience at this company!

From managing major medical crises to doing that "little bit extra", holding a hand or providing a special treat, the staff at Sutton conveyed their personal care them. Sutton has allowed my dad, who is 90 years old, to actually get stronger through their care. No matter what health care or non health care needs, Sutton provides those services. Also, errands and chores are taken care of by Sutton so that when I do see my father we can spend quality time together.

They were at the Cambridge A home care where my grandma stays they had missed multiple medicine times and my grandma didn’t get her pills. I am very very frustrated at how they treat their customers. The Cambridge fired Sutton because they were rude to the tenants as well. I would never ever want my family to be in sutton homecare I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!

My first conversation with her I should have known this was not going to end well! Sutton was providing services at THe Cambridge, well due to their inconsistency in services, the way they spoke to the clients , Sutton was FIRED from The Cambridge. They billed our family for days that services were NOT even provided! When I called to go over the bill, the owner’s sister was completely UNPROFESSIONAL about it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! For the record this is MY opinion on the experience we had with Sutton.

Since none of us lived nearby, we depended on the Sutton agency to be there for mom, and they always were. Charlotte and Lesa went above and beyond to care for mom, and mom dearly loved them, and Brooke stepped in to help with some extraordinary problems that arose toward the end of mom’s life. I currently reside in another state and it was critical to find someone that I could trust to provide the In-Home Care that my father deserved. The reviews and credentials for Sutton Rose to the top. I flew to Missouri and met with Brooke. I was very impressed. She suggested an in-home assessment where she explained the service to my father. It became very clear that she was very dedicated to helping patients with my father's condition. No matter what the challenge dealing with my father's condition everyone at Sutton has gone above and beyond to provide the best care I could have imagined. I have had to call on Lindsay in the office and Brooke to help me deal with medications and I have also worked directly with Mandy my fathers in-home care provider on many occasions and I have been very impressed with their expertise and dedication to their patient. I have had such a wide range of problems that Sutton has helped me deal with from various state organizations, getting my dad to doctor appointments and helping him work through issues with his medications, spending time with me on the phone and so many other situations. This disease can be very difficult to deal with and initially my father was resistant to in home care but the alternative was a facility that took him away from his home his pet dog and everything he loved. It was not long at all before he became friends with Mandy and not only trusted her but asked me if she could get there a little earlier in the morning. I'm very thankful to everyone at Sutton, it means so much to have a service like this, and to have people that truly love their patients.
