AT M: After calling about 15 different companies, I decided to go with Matt at HTR. He was very helpful and explained his process something other companies did not do. He cleared my gutters, should me before and after pictures. He also power washed my home and it looked great when he was done. The price was competitive with all the other companies in the area. Ten Ring: Matt, and HTR Exterior Solutions were referred to us by a neighbor. We had gutter run-off stains on our brick home, and some significant black mold on a portion of our rear roof.The prices were so reasonable that we decided to do our back deck and pool area as well.The work was scheduled quickly, and Matt did a terrific job in all areas. Mr Tom Morrow: My roof was stained black and original to my home. It started to be an eye sore in my neighborhood due to it being the original roof but was structurally in great shape and leak/damage free. My neighbors were replacing their roofs simply based on age and cleanliness level. I found this to not be practical and received professional advice from two separate roof companies that said “don’t replace it, clean it.” I chose to and am glad I did. Mr. Oswald quoted me a price that was the same as some but cheaper than others. He fully explained the process over the phone after having me send him my address and cellphone pictures. He showed up 15 minutes early and began his work ahead of schedule. He took precautions such as covering my exterior electrical outlets and made sure to not directly spray my security cameras. I was pleased with his work ethic, attention to detail and price. The work was done right the FIRST time and I was and am very pleased with it and my decision to NOT buy a new roof because mine was dirty and had not been cleaned in 8 years!Services:Power/pressure washing,Rooftop/skylight cleaning

Mark E Herndon: I would like to give SCS the best possible rating as they took care of me and my project at the highest level… Starting from the very beginning when I was getting info on what they offered and what was possible, all the way through when everything was installed and they took the time to train me on how to use the equipment they had just installed in laymen’s terms so even I could understand… Jeff and later Greg led me through picking what equipment I needed at the best price for best equipment available without any extra expense on things I didn’t need and getting Tracy to prewire it during construction and then arranging getting Tracy back out to do the actual install as the house was being finished… Tracy and the other guys were first rate and no one could have done a better job in my opinion… The best part was when Tracy showed me how to work my new system and then later came back to finish a few small details and then rechecked to make sure that I wasn’t having any trouble… I thought that kind of service was long gone in this day and time, but I was wrong as it still exists at SCS… You would do well to chose SCS Home Entertainment for your new home or next project…

He came back with 3 options that ticked all the box’s. Explained the main differences between them and gave his opinion about each one. He was very knowledgeable with great customer service. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for your audio video needs.

Max Silvers: I have simply safe because they don’t send someone to knock on your for 10 minutes while I’m trying to have my dinner after working 12 hours. Go with simply safe, cheaper, and no men at your door.
Alexis Clampitt: Horrible experience. They over charged me on the activation fee and promise to have it back in my account by the end of the week. Over a month later I still haven’t gotten money back. Took them a month to come install a wedge for my doorbell camera, when they finally did they messed up our door bell and now it doesn’t work. Window security will not work and continues to say window bypassed. We are also locked into a 3 year contract. Corporate doesn’t care and I’ve reached out to management multiples times and my calls don’t get answered and my text are ignored.
Karl Reinlein: We have been ADT customers for 30 years and during the last 1-2 years the customer service has been TERRIBLE. Long hold times on the phone, long waits for service appointments, (we were told it would be 6 weeks for the next service to replace a zone which is not working). Also conflicting information based upon who we talked to.We are looking at alternative security services.

Kelly Dove: Just tried to continue and upgrade my service after 2 years. 3 year contracts only for existing clients trying to renew their existing system in addition to increasing the monthly payment. I was pretty shocked this is what they consider good service from their "loyalty and retention" department. I would not recommend based on my disaster of a previous service call, equipment working on and off, and zero flexibility requiring a 3 year contract.

I received a text in the morning reminding me of the appointment and he called when he was an hour away. I have a in home daycare and I had a few kids that day. The older boys were asking him questions about what he was doing and he was great with them. He even went out to his truck and got some ADT capes for the kids to play with. He finished quick and was very polite.

Mark Breeden: Have had my security system for several years. When I originally signed up for the service I was told that maintaining the system was covered. Now that I've had a sensor go bad I'm being told it will be an additional $95 to replace it in addition to the $25 I've already paid for a service call. So much for service being covered.

Randal Quackenbush: We installed an ADT home security system for my mother who is a senior citizen. She now has Alzheimser's and is unable to live in her home, but is a resident in a Alzheimer's care center. When explaining the situation to ADT, they were very compassionate and allowed us to cancel the contract.
Jay W: Sadly, I have to agree with the other users, I have not had a good experience. First I was set up with the guys that come around and talk to you about the break ins that happen and make you feel like its a really bad area to live in and got my account set up and had my monthly payments done on autopay. Then I was going to relocate the service when I moved and thats where it got messy. I was charged over $500 on my account which was not authorized because we decided to keep the service at our other location and they cancelled the policy instead of reinstating the old one. They told us it was the penalty for cancelling (paying the rest of the contract out) when we did not even cancel. After an hour long phone call I got someone who got me set up an a new contract (18 months) at “corporate level” to avoid the fee from their mistake in the first place. I was then transferred to accounting and was told the refund would be within 6-7 business days. I asked for an expidited payment because I have several bills coming out as it is the end of the month and they said they would see about that. It has now been 6 business days and not even an update from them. Normally, it would be fine to wait but $500 is a large amount to have missing from your account. If you can avoid getting this service it would be reccommended. It was good at the beginning and we loved it but in the end they found a way to screw us over and do not seem to want to help.
Kevin Large II: Do not waste your money with this company! My wife and I had to move from Ohio to Missouri. We canceled our contract and were notified we would ve charged 1 more time after cancellation. That charge came and we were okay with that, however they charged my account again a month later throwing my account into overdraft and when I contacted them about it they apologized and informed us that they would refund the amount. 2 weeks later I still have not received the refund so I call them to only get a rude woman tell me that they will not refund the extra payment even though they took a payment without permission.This company does not care about their customers all they care about is how much money they can get. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares and does not perform illegal transactions.

Been There: We have been with Atlas Security for over three years now and they have been outstanding to work with! Recently we had a HikVision system problem due to a faulty update from HikVision. After researching the problem, Jim and Nathan came out and had our system working correctly again within 5-10 minutes. We really appreciate the quality of the service from Atlas! We definitely recommend them!

aninda sadhukhan: Unfortunately there have been too many missteps - from failing to provide accurate pricing (windows sensors were discussed and missed, rear camera was not included in pricing), cameras were not properly configured, alarms were not configured properly, it just took too many iterations to get things workable. When an object was stolen from the porch, we learned that the door camera wasn't set up correctly and did not capture the event. My experience seems to be an outlier, but solely based on my experience, it would be difficult for me to recommend them to other friends.
