If you can't keep up, refer people to a place that can, don't just haphazardly brush them off as dime-a-dozen. Their lives matter to other people, even if they don't to your staff. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for treatment. My mother has opted to take the risk of having a doctor who is not an oncologist remove the diseased organ and follow up with scans elsewhere following recovery so she can get care faster. Needless to say, she has no further interest in even considering this facility. Saint Louis might be a trip, but in the long run it's worth it.
