I just wish I was told that there are direct flights from America to Rome and not to Milan-if I had known that I would’ve requested to fly directly to Rome to save on an international flight. Which we of course missed our flight due to the schedule change and were told that we can just get on the next flight if we miss it. Well American refused to book another flight for us because “it wasn’t their fault” and we couldn’t reach anyone due to the time difference. When I asked for help with some insurance information for issues we encountered on the trip, I again was on my own.
