Gene Dnomyar: I went in on a Sun. evening, about 6:30 p.m. The lady working was very helpful in assisting me with finding the products I wanted. Not only that, but when I checked out, she did her best to find coupons that would help me save money. She was successful, and I was delighted. She said she loved helping people save money; I believe her, because she helped me to do that, and her help came with a smile, and a delightful, friendly personality.

Diana Lee: The ladies working here are extremely condescending, and right out rude. Please make better use of your cameras, instead of assuming that I am there to steal. I have spent a lot of $ in this store, and have never given any reason to think I am there to steal, yet I am given the dirty looks, and the attitude as if I were a thief. I guess because they are hard of hearing due to their age, and speak louder than they think, they don't realize that I have heard the things they have said about me. This is very disturbing to me as a consumer, and a financial loss to your business, since I will not be subjected to this treatment, and while I love the 20% days, I will not return.

Bridget Kelly: I went here for the first time today Monday January 2nd at 2pm. I did not buy anything because I notice a view of my staples were extremely over priced. For example celestial teas were almost 2 dollars higher than Walmart. All of their vegan foods that are pre made were at least a dollar higher than mama jeans. For example the Ezekiel bread, almond flour boxed bakery goods, priya cheesecake was around $9 and mama jeans has for $5. I was not impressed. However I did not find any of the staff being rude like other reviews did.

Canted Angle Media (Canted Angle Media): had a great time having lunch in the Café. I had The Natural, a vegan sandwich with tofu, pickled onions, etc., though someone inexplicably came in and took my sandwich from the counter and I believe left from the rear entrance. It was a very strange experience, having been robbed of your sandwich, in broad daylight.The cook offered to make me another sandwich, but they'd need to make more tofu, which she kindly explained the time frame of which, a refund, or to make the sandwich with mushrooms. I took the latter and the sandwich was ready at a moment's notice.Everyone was kind, behind the counter, and the cook who'd given me extra options seemed nervous, which made me sad. I'm sure people can bent out of shape about disappearing orders, but I've got far better things to do with my time than hassle restaurant industry workers. I'm grateful for her kindness and helping me with options.Another cook that commented on my Twilight Zone shirt created a great highlight of my visit, excitedly talking about the recent revitalization of the show.My family tried two different sandwiches, a beautiful salad with beets and mushrooms, Liquid Death flavored water, and some of the fresh juice they make in-house, which was quite pricy, but delicious.

Danielle: Today I finally tried out MaMa Jeans Rise and Shine Sandwich. Right now it’s Ramadan for me so I am going to have to make up this day for fasting and I chose pork, but so worth it. A great breakfast sandwich. I ordered cheddar cheese but they accidentally put Swiss. Cheese is cheese so it was still yummy. The bread to ingredients ratio was off for me. The bread is super thick, but very good by itself. The staff were friendly. Neat market! I grabbed some wellness juice shots, pressed juice, organic garlic bread and pasta sauces. They also sell TRUFF there! If you haven’t had it, it’s a must. I’ll be frequenting this place more often! What a great Sunday!

MG Spradlin: Walking into the building, it just looked like a great place for friends to chill and hang-out. Tried their tea today. Really good. It helped give me the energy I needed to get through the rest of my day :) Workers were nice, showed me the menus, explained what exactly was in the tea, and great service overall. Will definitely be going back again.
Trista Helton: We drove 15 minutes to get here. Their hours for Sundays are supposed to be 10-3. We arrived at 11 and they are closed?
Arianne Rosenstangle: I finally found my place!! Great drinks and even better service and atmosphere! I met the owners and they are very friendly and inviting. I tried the mermaid and its very tasteful❤️
Conell Werts: Walked in and the employees were very nice and helpful. They showed me the menu and answered any questions I had. The drink I got was the hulk and it was really good. They also handed me a punch card after I paid.
Nick Barr: By far the best experience I have ever had when going to a nutrition shop! The shake and tea were amazing as well as the atmosphere. These boys have done a great job!
Madison Schue: First time I had breakthrough was at the Bear Village pool party, and immediately had to go the next day to try more flavors! Best place in town, and it’s walking distance from campus!!! Super convenient!

Donald Algozine: I'm normally not the type to write a review, but I had to for Breakthrough Nutrition. They are hands down the best nutrition place for a post workout shake or healthy drink in Springfield. They just opened and I have already stopped in a few times. I really enjoy their protein shakes, friendly staff, and modern atmosphere. Not to mention the really cool art work on the walls. I strongly recommend this place no matter your nutrition goals/needs. Great spot with amazing atmosphere/paintings on the walls! Definitely a must see
Carl Gray: Nah, don't listen to Cassady Hicks. The artwork is cool, the employees are cool and it's a great atmosphere to grab a delicious nutrition drink. Haters going to hate.
Casady Hicks: The owners delete comments of criticism and feedback from the community. Not to mention the awful marketing and frat boy spray paint job on the side of the building. There are better nutrition clubs in town to get your fix from- this is a big pass.
