Trevor _: Short wait line for both haunts, I would consider myself a horror fan but there were several occasions that got me. I have been to several haunts around the states and I would say I recommend this establishment. If im ever back in the area (in october) I would definitely come back. There is a solid moment of fear at a certain part of the house. IYKYK

Yumiko: Awesome environment and very friendly staff and actors! As an epileptic I had to avoid some of the flashier rooms, but a member of staff helped me through the rooms and avoid anything that may hurt me. Lots of very cool laser effects and the actors were very interactive and lots of fun to meet and greet. Basically a spook-tacular wonderland! All over a huge blast and would recommend to go again and again. The amount of love and detail really shines through.

Circy Wilson: Got sold tickets on Halloween, they closed 45 min before posted time and just refunded us! We almost had a disappointing Halloween thank goodness we made it to Springfield Hotel of Terror, they let us go through last min 11:55 they closed at 12... I have rated them 5 stars and the staff even took photos of us with my phone outside front after going through!Side note, the ticket guy/bartender was awesome, shout out, much love man, thank you!

Ted Thompson: Been in line for an hour and a half, still only half way through. Maybe I'll change my review afterwards, but the wait sux..... OK, the wait did suk, but... management offered a refund or a rain check on the ticket. We returned roughly a week later and went through the attraction. We had a good time and it was very entertaining. I changed my review from 1star to 4star. Might I suggest for added seating along the line. Standing for a solid 2.5 hour had my back screaming more than the characters. If there was a way to speed up the flow, that would help as well. While walking the trail we were quickly passed by the group behind us, and never even saw another group near us after that. All in all, it is a great attractions, but there are a couple issues that need work. Would recommend.

Samantha Baker: We made it through the " maze" in less than 10 minutes... the people who where suppose to be scaring us was actually telling us which way to walk... felt very rushed and not scary at all... Also the guy at the ticket booth was not very friendly... and I stood in line just to be told I had to scan a QR code? Iv never even done that before so after waiting in line for absolutely no reason I ended up having to buy tickets online simply because I was using a debit card.. don't think we will be returning

Penni Doran: We went through the Corn Maze. Most parts were dark and you couldn’t see where you were stepping. Then there were strobe lights that blinded you so you couldn’t see where the trail went, or figure out which way to go. Monsters screaming and jumping out at you, some with chain saws. We thought it was worth the price. Fun time.
