Killian Lile: Called a while back and even though I couldn't pay that visit they helped direct me to a service that accepted my medicaid. Then received a ride the other day to a dental appointment and the driver was extremely nice and patient, even arrived early.

Ian Wann: Hire this chariot as you can trust Chris and his team with non-emergency medical transport needs. Chris was my grandma's care taker and driver on a 40 mile nursing home move with me following. Chris relieved our stress by arriving early, being an expert in Occupational Therapy, and humor. On top of this Chris donates 2% of every ride to a local Breast Cancer Foundation in memory of his mother. Chris you truly are thethe chariot you told us.

They were able to take care of my issue while I waited in their incredibly comfortable waiting area, complete with a comfy couch, tv, and complimentary drinks. I had to drive from out of town so it was nice to be able to be so comfortable while I waited. They explained the repair to me and made recommendations for other maintenance.It was overall a standout experience in customer service.
Kaylie Bartholomew: We love United Access! They worked with me for over a month trying to get a potential van that we were buying the clearance to become a handicap van. We live over 3 hours away from them. I worked very closely with Mark. He was amazing. He helped me figure everything out. He had me sending as many photos as I possibly could so that I didn't have to try and find a way to take my special needs daughter up there to simply look at the van to see if it would work. We got everything that we could work out beforehand. He scheduled us a time that was convenient for us. He had the parts ready to go so that if the van was able to be converted they would be able to do it right then and there. That's exactly what they did. For even cheaper than what we were quoted! They had a nice little waiting room and we're very accommodating to me and my two children. They were very thorough with everything. They will be our go-to from here on out! I will send everyone I know their way!
Michael Morgan: It has come to my attention that an error has occurred with my review. Therefore, the following are the necessary corrections to correct this error. We have been renting wheelchair vans since 2017 and have had nothing except awesome service. Mark, Natasha and the rest of the Springfield Store's staff have gone above and beyond meeting our wheelchair van rental needs. I am an electric wheelchair non-ambulatory individual. I currently have paraplasia in my legs. Soon I will be a paraplegic and eventually a quadriplegic. On Friday, April, 15th; whilst returning, a van she had rented a medical crisis occurred. On her way to the emergency room via ambulance Mother was informed that she was in A-fib. Our primary care physician has referred Mother to a second Cardiologist for a second opinion. Upon calling Natasha that afternoon Natasha's first question was to Mother's medical condition. I let Miss Natasha know that Mother was in-route to the emergency room via ambulance. On Monday morning, April 18th when our neighbor took Mother to Springfield to meet with Natasha the first thing Miss Natasha wanted to know was that Mother was OK. Thus, the error has now been corrected. 🙏🙏

Teri Spoon: Long story short, we purchased a wheelchair lift for our vehicle through HarMar with the understanding it would be installed through United Access. For some reason United Access thought this purchase was through the VA and refused to do the install due to “the VA doesn’t reimburse very well”. We are self pay, not Va and I am not only disappointed, but ANGRY that United Access thinks so low of our veterans! We are lucky to now be dealing with Superior Van and Mobility out of Fayetteville AR. who are going above and beyond for us!!! Bye Bye United Access!!!!

Now we've been sitting here for two hours waiting to be picked up and taken back home, they said it'd be shortly after 12:30, I just called again and they now said it's going to be around 2pm... We've been sitting here waiting all this time, they tell us we can only make appointments to be picked up between certain times... BUT THEY CAN SCREW YOU OVER ABOUT WHEN THEY WELL PICK YOU UP, and not even apologize, then hang up when you get mad!!

Jennifer Shelton: I have been canceled on with zero notice more than three times. They have all been scheduled way in advance. All of my rides have been to doctor appointments. There is no excuse for canceling a ride with less than 24 hours notice, especially not giving any notice at all. I am a quadriplegic and have to have a wheelchair van to get to my appointments.

Jaime Allen: You can rarely get through to them when you call. You often get voicemail but then no one calls you back. If you happen to get someone to answer, you are supposed to be able to schedule medical transports a month in advance. I'm not very happy with them today because my aunt was supposed to be scheduled for transportation for her dialysis appointment through May 27 per my call with them on April 29 but they only had her scheduled for May 6 through May 9 so she was not picked up this morning and they are telling me that they can't get her on the schedule until May 20. What are we supposed to do about May 13, May 16 and May 18? The manager and dispatcher are supposed to be looking into it and seeing if there is any way possible they can get her on the schedule for those days but I'm not holding my breath for a return call. I appreciate the lady this morning but this is not what I should be dealing with this morning especially since they were supposed to have her on the schedule for the rest of month anyway.EDIT: They did end up rectifying the issue.

You do have to call before 2pm to schedule a pickup and must be 2-3 days ahead of the appointment. The lady I spoke with which I didn't get her name but she was friendly and helpful.

They are super sweet.I don't like that u can schedule within 24-32 hours. It has ti be 48hours notice that u need a ride. My schedule changes with in a second sometimes and I don't think that is very acceptable because I have ms and can't walk 5 miles in the cold to go to a grocery store or go to work when I need to.

Brookelyn Moyers: These people are simply amazing. They have hearts of gold and know just how to treat people. They don't judge you and treat you just like family they are quick to help those in need. My father had a stroke August 27th and nearly died in the hospital he eventually got better and was learning how to walk again he still doesn't have his medicade or even his disability and sadly needed a waldker when i went to them they gave him one and had it fitted just right for him. They were so kind hearted and so loving to my dad it melted my heart they were so helpful explaining everything to us and just go giving. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone i know. You most certainly will NOT EVER be unsatisfied thats for certain!!

Jay Osborne: My family never received an email or letter or anything regarding bus sign up. We found out weeks before school that the bus would not be picking up our kindergartner. We called multiple times and did everything we could, but the transportation center was not helpful getting our five year old on the bus. As a result, my wife has to get a five year old to kindergarten, a four year old to wonder years, a two year old to preschool, all on her own while caring for a newborn. We pay our taxes and are diligent parents who fill out all the necessary forms that we come across. Shouldn’t our kid get picked up by the bus like all the other kids?

Arthur Morgan: This place trained the bus driver for 210, this bus hasn't had a permanent bus driver all year currently. This bus driver got us to school, with five minutes before class starts. Meaning we were not late. But, it takes me, a speed walker, 2 minutes to get down to cafeteria, I also eat breakfast. I want this woman to never drive a bus again, as to insure that my peers and I get to school with time to spare! If I could leave a zero star review I would!
