Jose Resendez: My very fair/honest review. Party of five we had drinks to start and ordered food. Drinks came out timely matter. My child had a grilled cheese that took 45 mins. Wings took well over a hour and 30 minutes Hamburger lately after. Ohh and the French fries 10 mins after our food. Cold wings. Woodpecker Peckswood: they serve mostly burgers and a few apps.. delicious meat flavor and decent size portions. we went on a Saturday evening for dinner and it was packed busy but they found us a spot on the patio.. patio could use a view, was literally a tent around it.. with no view, maybe it opens up with warmer weather.. they played some Tom Petty music which made me happy. My burger came with no condiments and there were none offered and none were on the table. I had to wait for the waitress to go get me some mayo took a couple minutes after I was served. Not a big deal but I'm sure most people want condiments and not kecthup on sweet potato fries IMO.. The food prices were decent but the beers seemed a little on the steep side with the size cups you got and the cheap bendy plastic frat house cups..A couple having one beer each and one burger each, cost was $50 with tip. waitress was friendly and attentive even though it was very busy.. posted a pic of my blue cheese burger.

Rafael Martinez: The GM at the north location is 1 in a million. A few months back I called about a “hard bun” and he was so apologetic. I was t looking for any discount or a refund. I’ve worked in a kitcken for the past 15yrs, I know how things can go sometimes. Today I revisited the north location and he remembered who I was. He made sure my order was perfect and some. All the home grown people of Springfield, have all raved abouts Taylor's burgers and shakes. My friend and I were driving down Kimbrough talking about where to have lunch. Just then we came up to Taylor's. The parking lot wasn't full, so, on two wheels, we swerved into the lot and parked right in front.We both ordered the double chess burger and chocolate shakes. OMG!Delicious!The service was fast and friendly and so were the other customers having lunch. If you've never been to Taylor's, don't wait as long as I did, to have the perfect old-fashioned burger and thick, thick shake. 🤗

I like smash burgers, and these were fixed perfectly. The patties were thin, moist, and juicy with that delicious crispy crust that a perfect smash burger possesses. The shoestring fries were crisp with excellent, hot, moist centers. My wife’s onion rings were fantastic, as was her patty melt.The frozen custard had a delicious flavor, making my concrete and her shake into fabulous treats.The even more excellent staff accompanied the superb food. Amber took our order with a huge smile. She made us feel at home and was so helpful with our ordering process. I had failed to hear our number announced when the frozen custard items were ready. A friendly gentleman named Caiden brought them to our table. He was very kind, and we appreciated his graciousness.This was our first visit to this Freddy’s location. We like to eat at Freddy’s and was particularly impressed with our visit here. We’ll definitely be returning here in the future.

Greg Dolgoff: This is one of my Favorite places for burgers... I only go to Freddy's and Braums. Those are the only 2 good stores I've found in Missouri... I don't go to the "big name" places like McDee, or Windy, or Burger Queen... Those other places make me feel like a cow in a Cow Chute being pushed to the end of a nasty tasting meal... I like Freddy's for sure. He was a WW2 guy that started making Steak Burgers after the war... Their really a smash burger, so I get a Double, oh ya.. The French Fry's are really cool also, their skinny and tasty... Freddy has his own sauce, and it's also very tasty... They also sell a Chicago Hot Dog... Every Freddy's I've been to is also Very Clean...Enjoy a good meal...

Natalie Junge: Absolutely delicious! Have eaten here twice now and both times got the bleus brothers burger, truffle n’ Parmesan fries and the fresh squeezed lemonade. I’m always full but get the Elvis shake to go. We don’t eat out often but enjoy high quality and fresh ingredients when we do. For anyone who doesn’t like cramped spaces or bad parking, I suggest the Chesterfield location instead of downtown one which is tiny.

Jessie: This review is for takeout. The burgers taste okay, but from the two times I ordered from this restaurant, they always seem to mess something up. The first time, they gave me a burger with no top bun. Not even sure how that happens. The second time, they gave me something completely different from what I had ordered, which contained pickles. I had told the server I'm allergic to pickles, and was reassured that the burger I'd ordered wouldn't come with any. If I had to guess, I think they just gave me someone else's order. The restaurant wasn't that busy either times I went, so I'm not sure how they managed to mess it up both times.

Julee Rimes: My daughter and I visited Springfield May 28, 2023. We decided to eat lunch at Black Sheep Burgers on W Chestnut with our two dogs, Toni and Diva. Dylan was our server. After reviewing the menu with us, he explained that he makes a special lunch of custard, bacon, and peanut butter for his canine customers. Our appetizers and burgers were excellent, and Dylan's service exceeded expectations!
Sherry Emerson: It has been a couple of years since I have visited and my husband and I were glad to find them open on Memorial Day. I had the ugly cheeseburger and hubby had the bacon burger. The burgers were flavorful, the condiments fresh and the fries came out steaming hot. Our server, Tamika (I hope I got that right) took great care of us. We look forward to returning!
