I gave you lots of money and this is how I get treated!! Unhappy customer.

Need a lock or alarm or to move the door handle up higher on the exterior door so kids can't escape when your juggling more than one :)

Darla Stringer: We have had a party here for the past 4 years at the Republic road location. This year it was booked so we booked at the Pythian location due to the other being booked up. Coach Stacy was the rudest person to deal with. I literally had everyone from our party commenting how rude she was, even the children. Also this gym is not near as nice as the Republic road location. The staff at Republic road location have always been so amazing , inviting and friendly. I will never again go to Pythian location. Coach Stacy needs to put a smile on her face and not be rude to everyone, at least pretend to like people and your job..

There are other places that deserve your business more.

Chloe Brewer: I brought my son in for a trial class & we started with activities he was physically unable to do. When I let the teenaged girl who was running the class know, she told me this is what we had planned. We were in the parent/child class & the other parents were very rude & kept giving me side eyed glances. I wasn't even there 15 minutes before I put my sons shoes back on and left, not to mention nobody else even said one word to me or tried to make my child feel welcome. He was asking me to go home. We won't be coming back.

Brianne Lueker: This place is HORRIFIC. They threatened me with charges over $100 for private lessons that they said I was a no call/no show to, when I had no clue my daughter was even scheduled. Nobody ever called me back when I tried to originally call to set up privates, which that should have been a sign. Now they have sent that amount to collections when I shouldnt even owe that amount to begin with. BEWARE.

Katie Gray: Our 5 year old daughter is loving gymnastics so far! This is her first time in gymnastics and Coach Amber has worked with her each lesson to make sure she is getting the basics down. Coach Amber has been awesome!! She is patient and kind with all the kids but firm enough to keep them focused and on track. We can't wait to sign our daughter up for more lessons!

Sarah Magill: Both of my girls take classes. They are 4 and 7. Their coaches are great and they really try for focus attention on each child especially if they are struggling with something. I would recommend this gym for all ages

Goofy Girl: Staff do not provide good supervision to kids during Friday night out, which leads to bullying. Staff also seem to let some kids break rules such as jumping into pit head first yet tell other kids it's not allowed.

Calli Jo: They are not upfront about their policy and are unwilling to work with you if there is an issue. Some of the teachers do not pay attention most of the time and my daughter was very young. Their open gym for kids under 5 are only on Wednesday afternoons. Working parents can't make time for that. Some classes are over booked.

The teachers either do nothing with the children or act as a drill sargent and yell at the children. My 5 year old was in a class for 2 months and barely learned anything. We then went to a trial class at Ozark gymnastics and she did more in that 1 hour then she had in 2 months in Nixa.Do not ever set up on automatic withdrawal because nobody from the office or the owner will respond to you. So if you stop going and try to reach out you are ignored and still charged. The owner does not respond when you bring up concerns or issues. Although she says she would be interested in talking and never gets back to you.We have had the worst time with All Star Gymnastics from awful customer service, being ignored, charging issues, etc… the worst part was that My daughter loves doing gymnastics and after the teacher yelled and put her down she did not want to do gymnastics anymore. We should build children up not tear them down! They should be ashamed of themselves and should not be teaching young children.2022

Cheryl Withrow: I booked a birthday party and online states “ Trained professional staff will lead children in gymnastics activities, while including them in an obstacle courses, parachute fun, trampoline, large inflatable castle and much more!” also states that the birthday child receives a free T-shirt. Absolutely none of that happened. No bounce house or obstacle course, no staff on the floor at all, no fee T-shirt. Do not recommend for parties at all.

Dianne Davis Consulting: My granddaughter has been taking gymnastics lessons there for about a year and a half. For the gymnastics part, I would definitely give it five stars. She loves it and her instructors seem very good. I'm deleting two stars because three weeks ago we had my granddaughters birthday party there and when I walked into the party room I tripped and fell down, face planted on the floor. This is due to a hazardous uneven entryway between the party room and the waiting area. It is unmarked and about an inch and a half difference in the threshold area. This is the area of liability for them. I reported what happened and the instructor for the birthday party and she asked for my name and number. I would have thought that someone would have called to at least check on me to see if I was okay. It's three weeks later I still have severe bruising down my leg and I've been to the chiropractor several times. (I'm a person with two artificial hip implants and six fused discs in my low back) It's impossible to see an uneven threshold when you're carrying presents walking into a party room. They need to fix it --that's all there is to it. I find it disappointing that no one even called to say, "Are you okay?" The lack of follow-up and the lack of repairs, which I know have not happened because I've been in there since at my granddaughter's practices, is disheartening. I've been a business owner for 24 years and so I truly cannot understand why this part of the customer service has been non-existent. They're lucky and not a person who wants to call one of those television attorneys because it's clearly a liability that needs to be addressed.

Shawna Roper: Love the staff, especially Coach Kat and Coach Iris. Natalie has grown and learned so much. I hate that we are dealing with Covid right now because I can't watch my girl practice and execute her skills each me. It's my guilty pleasure to watch her improve each week!

Tanya Brewer: My daughter has been going to All Star Gym and Cheer for many years now. She started with gymnastics, and is now on her third year of competitive cheer! She lives for this gym. She doesn’t want to be anywhere else or do anything else. The cheer family within this gym is truly a tight knit family. The girls all support one another, and are like sisters. The big girls are so good to the Littles. The coaches are amazing !!!! Many of the coaches have been around forever, and run a tight ship. The girls all love them and have a tremendous amount of respect for them! The owner is wonderful, and very approachable. She’s also very hands on and involved. My daughter is only 9, but in her words, “will always be a Patriot”!Patriot Proud!

Kendra Peterson: I LOVE this gym! This is my daughters second year in competitive cheer, and she did a year of performance cheer before that. I am AMAZED at the skills she has learned and how good the coaches are with the athletes. They are patient with them, yet stern when necessary. Darcy Pohlmann: Singularity is the perfect place for your child to learn the art of gymnastics. They always offer a positive atmosphere where skills are taught correctly. You are greeted by the owner on a regular basis and coaches are good to take time to communicate with parents on their child's progress. My daughter has progressed significantly farther in the few months we have been going to Singularity than she was at another gym we previously attended. Singularity takes the time to work with each child on their specific level so everyone can improve. They also offer several Groupons for beginner classes. I wish we had started attending Singularity much sooner!

Amanda Idell: My daughter absolutely loves her gymnastics class at Singularity! She has only been going to class for a few weeks but she has already shown a huge improvement in her gymnastics abilities. She has gained a huge amount of confidence and loves having a sport to participate in!

Brad Neely: When my daughter turned 3 she wanted to try gymnastics and Singularity actually had a Groupon at the time for new enrollees so we figured we'd give it a try. We were very impressed with the entire process of getting started and how attentive the staff was to each student. I'm sure at times, teaching preschoolers is a lot like trying to herd cats but the teachers are very patient and do extremely well. Management is very present and approachable all the time and I cannot say enough how pleased we are with Daniel and how he runs Singularity. We have been going now for over 10 months and the balance/coordination/flexibility of our daughter has improved ten-fold. I cannot wait to see how well she grows and progresses at Singularity and would recommend it to anyone wanting their child to learn more about this sport.

Amy Molea-Koppitz: We absolutely LOVE Singularity Gymnastics. My daughter is a level 6 Optionals Team gymnast, and last year began the Acrobatic Gymnastics program. We are very happy with the different approach to coaching that Singularity provides. They look at the individual needs and desires to grow for each child and try to help them reach their maximum potential. While most gyms wouldn't allow her to do both sports, the coaches between the Acro and Gymnastics program are working together to help her reach her potential in BOTH sports. I also LOVE that the focus of this gym is not drilling routines over and over for competition (which can be very hard on their bodies), but rather teaching them new and exiciting skill sets in a safe environment that they can use when competition season arrives. This approach helps the kids to not "burn out", but really enjoy the sport as they grow. They are also more flexible when it comes to scheduling than any other team gym out there, so my daughter can enjoy her sport and our family can still have a life! It has been a very positive change for our family and we are so happy we did it!
