Chris Sapp: Visited 2/17 - When I decided to stop in, I wasn't expecting to be impressed. A lot of coffee houses look nice but are disappointing. But this place is first rate. This is the first place in Springfield I've been in the 13 years I've lived here where the milk is steamed properly, including two other long time, popular coffee houses that I also love and visit frequently. This time, mid day, I opted for the "Sticky Chai"... (Highly recommend that if you enjoy a good chai latte). My drink was perfect, the place impeccably clean, and the crew working there very friendly and welcoming. I looked out of place, being a blue collar worker in jeans & work boots, but I know the coffee & tea business well, having worked in it myself. Though I wasn't a college professor or graduate student, and may have been a little dirty from work, I felt very welcome here. I'll definitely be visiting as often as I can.

Especially the ranch style and rojo chicken. They do charge for chips. Keep that in mind but the salsa is $3 with chips. So reasonable. They also have specials and the best margaritas. I would go multiple times a week. It is a great place to meet up with friends or family and the service is always top notch!!

Granadina: I went to this place yesterday during my lunch break, around 11:40 am. I ordered a tall chocolate cream cold brew. I told them I was in a hurry. Fifteen minutes later, they still did not have my order ready. I told them I had to leave because I had to go back to the office. They simply replied with a pathetic "okay." They did not even refund my five something (almost six) dollars. By "them," I am referring to the overweight cashier girl, a blonde guy who can barely speak above a whisper, and a girl with purple, pink, blue (not sure on the exact tints and shades) hair, tied in a ponytail. Hire more competent people next time and do not rob your customers. Thank you.

Andrew Lanphier: Me and my wife have been coming here pretty much every day for a long time and we share a very expensive drink spending almost 15$ a day here, today there was a mishap and miscommunication with the order and I did not get the sweet cream foam no biggie, I call up and the very nice girl on the phone said she would just remake me a sweet cold brew so I drove back up there and was appreciative for that , the problem is where I get there the older lady in the window was argumentative and trying to Tell me that it was MY fault and not there fault she was extremely reluctant to even give me the re-make which she NEVER ended up giving me..... she acted like I was such a burden and a problem I ended up just asking for the sweet cream foam so I could be on my way because it was extremely clear this lady was not happy about having this miscommunication and blamed me...... I Never leave reviews ever... but this was unacceptable I have worked in the food industry for 15 years and you don't tell someone to come back to the store make them use double the gas they should have for a re-make and then proceed to argue back and forth with the customer and not give them what they drove all the way back up there for...I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and would like my $15.35 Back.

When I asked the worker about the enormous amount of ice I was told it’s Starbucks standard to put that much ice. To conclude my review if you are willing to pay $7 for ice then go ahead be my guest.
