Inner State Productions: I shop at few grocery stores regularly. None of them are better than another but, each offers what I'm looking for. Hy-Vee was always too far away to drive but, now with their E Sunshine location, It's become one of my favorite places. I usually visit at least once a week and enjoy going. The food and employees have been wonderful!

The bistro salad bar is fresh but , on the three separate times that I've bought from the deli , the food was stale and clearly had been under the heat lamps all day.Worse , when I pointed it out to the deli cashier , she shrugged and said " yeah , it happens. "The bistro's apathy is disconcerting and is not in keeping with the balance of the store's high level of customer service .Update May 2023 -The Deli has greatly improved their fare and more importantly ; their attitude.Friendly , helpful , and solicitous, quite the welcome change .

Billy f: This Price cutter has the lamest decorations out of all of them Inside. They also put clearance carts in front of the aisles so you have to move it to get something. Due to the design of this store to get to the frozen food you have to walk all the way around the Bakery and Salad Bar to get over to it clear across the store. This is in a questionable area and I tend to see alot of Crime here. There is trash all along the side of the building aswell. If you want a better Price Cutter go to the one on Kearney and 13. That one is better stocked and less confusing to shop at.

Like all stores room for improvement, The entrance way needs work, Carts are not easy to get to ,needs organized.we know security is always an issue, However last time I was there a shoplifter took off with whatever, but seems every dept came running leaving their area, actually scaring the customers that was shopping.I give it a 7 on a scale of 1-10. Have a blessed day. PS the Batesto does a great good on the fried chicken, change out of the pans on line to make the food more desirable.

Triss Hill: Regular prices can be high but when things go on sale which they do frequently, the sales can be AMAZING. I check their meat prices almost weekly as well adjust check what other specials are up. Produce section is okay but I feel the quality of some of it could be better. I have seen better quality elsewhere. That said they cary some produce that you may not find everywhere such as Serano and Habanero peppers. Their beverage area is also unmatched with some brands that aren't carried everywhere including many energy drink varieties and a robust wine and spirits section spanning almost an entire corner of the store.Needless to say they are mainstay for my schedule in my local area.
Prudencio y Leah Martinez: Usually all is great at this price cutter and the ladies in barrels are such an asset to this location.But...... when management feels the need to barricade barrels when there isn't Staff at barrels makes us paying and honest patrons quite inconvenienced and offended that we can't get what we need. I would rate it lower for this but it wouldn't be fair to the assets you have and take advantage of!

Customer service desk should be taking care of that hence the name "customer service desk" right? I don't have her name, but she looks like the lady on the old card game Old Maid...If she's working I turn around and wait in line with a checker and don't even mess with purchasing my show me cash tickets...

If I call in the order in the morning, I'm going to take time away from the order taker's tasks, along with tying up the order taker's ability to bake and serve in-store customers. Online shopping is supposed to cut down on everyone's time spent and effort--including your manager--when I call up tomorrow, and after ordering over-the-phone--to avoid the fee, I'm going to demand to speak with a Manager, as this $5 fee business is insane and needs to be addressed at every level. Does Walmart charge a service fee when I save them time by ordering online? No. I may end up going to Walmart, as your company seems to prefer reducing your online business, rather than increasing it. Walmart has a bakery, and they are probably priced the same... Did I miss something, or did Price Cutter just tell me to take my business, along with the business of my Google following to a store with an online presence, other than Price Cutter?”Update: after reading the recent comments regarding spoiled food, I’m lowering my rating.

The prices have soared to where they are no longer competitive with other stores, which I can accept if you receive better service, but not at the west republic road store. One open register and the poor girl working it has to also help the self checkout leaving the already rediculously long line, and the only open register to get longer. The killer for me, the self checkout doesn't accept cash, so the only way to get two lemons and some tomatoes is to wait for the only cashier in the store to go through the entirely to long line and leave her station to help the self checkout. Left price cutter and went to Aldi's. Price or service. You have to provide at least one and this store fails at both.

steven taylor: Their advertised meat prices are for stuff you don't even want. Went in for their $1.89 special on pork ribs. They were frozen and looked like skin covering bones. Grabbed some country style ribs and got the hell out of there.
