Every single time I came in and paid a payment and the experience chosing my rings was great. The sizing was done beautifully. The only exception to everything was the demeanor of the lady on the day I picked up my ring. She had an arrogance about her and it didn't give me the same energy as everyone else. I didn't lower my rating because of this just because I don't think she is an accurate face of this business. I really like this business because mostly everyone seems so humble and nice and they are knowledgeable.

Mason Musick: I had gone in for a quote and went back in to start the process based on friends experiences with Cornerstone being great but my experience was not the same. I should have asked for Marshall based on my friends review. I have worked not as a jeweler but in jewelry before so I do know a few things about the process and what all is possible. I worked with Sonia and she seemed condescending in her tone to me and didn't see the whole picture of what I wanted to do and seemed like she didn't want to either. Under the guise of saving me money, it seemed she just kept adding additional things since it would not be done all at one time but really if she wanted to do that, we would have worked out the plan for the final product and it would have been a multi-visit process based on the date of my 10yr anniversary surprise, so I didn't pay this additional cost here and then the same cost on the next visit and the same on the next visit... there was a way to get it all done but we didn't get there. She also didn't ask when I needed it by, it was just a statement of - we are taking jobs for June. I didn't feel comfortable to continue the process. They aren't hurting for my business and I'm ok with that. I will own that I left in a little of a huff and was abrupt at the end, due to being frustrated and undervalued.

Stacy Greninger: Went in to have a stainless steel watch bracelet installed in place of the rubber strap that came on my Seiko Turtle. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes in a busy Saturday and charged only $10. Totally worth it considering I tried on multiple occasions to do it myself!

Sharp edges were left and when I took my ring back to them, they couldn't/wouldn't fix what they had done so I went to Cornerstone and they smoothed the sharp edges, no problem. Aaron Gammon: I cannot say enough how amazing Billy and CornerStone Jewelry as been. I went into the store with a custom ring design and he made it better than I could have dreamed. He worked with me for 7 months trying to get the ring as perfect as we could get it. I was very nit picky with the details of the ring and every time I would ask for minor adjustments, Billy would continue to work on the ring and never once got annoyed by how picky I was being. He acted like he was genuinely happy to make the adjustments. By the time that we finished with the ring it was way better than I ever could have imagined and was better than perfect. I gave the ring to my fiance and she could not believe how beautiful and perfect the ring was. She could not wait to show it off and is constantly looking at it and telling me how much she loves it.Billy gave me a quote the first time I went in and even though the price of diamonds and gold had increased in the 7 months we were working on the ring, Billy honored the quote he gave me on day 1. I doubt Billy made any money and probably lost money making this ring for me but he still honored the first price he gave me. Billy is an absolute up-standing guy and there are not many business ran the way CornerStone Jewelry is ran. With honesty and integrity. For the rest of my life, I will use CornerStone Jewelry for every jewelry purpose I need and I would recommend them to anybody I talk to without hesitation.Thank you Billy. Went in to sell one of my coins that I knew was expensive however I wanted to play it as if I didn’t know anything about coins. When I came in he looked at me like he wanted me out of the store. After I showed him the coin he offended me 100 dollars for a 2700 dollar coin. I literally left. Work coin store in Missouri! I would suggest nixa coins!! They gave me a reasonable offer and were kind and respectful!
Cody Cutbirth: Went in to sell some Buffalo nickels I had and the guys working behind the counter laughed at me and told me their conversation was me was not worth their time. They offered me $.10 each when they are going for $3-$4 each. We even tried to call for a manager and the guy said well our conversation started before you walked in so goodbye. This place is horrible.
