Samuel Dameron: Called for a quote at around 4:30 PM one day and had somebody come out the next morning. Quote was sent the day they came out and within a week they had the replacement glass installed in one of our basement windows. Great service from beginning to end. Josh, the guy that replaced the glass for us, was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future if we ever need another window replaced.
Ronnie Todd: I built a custom curio cabinet and needed custom size glass cut. The staff was personal and professional. I received the glass when promised and cut perfectly. This is the place to get glass!

Windshield wiper got broke in the process, and although we feel as the gentleman who checked us out should have told,the gentleman who actually replaced the windshield came out to the parking lot to us know! So overall we are satisfied
Andrea Hughes: We came to Binswanger almost at closing time and they had my glass cut and ready for my curio cabinet the next day. They were the most reasonably priced glass store in Springfield and the other surrounding area glass stores and I called all of them for a price comparison. They were a third of the price of the other glass stores. They were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We brought the curio cabinet with us in the back of our truck and it was 6 foot tall. They even came out to our truck and measured the opening where we needed the glass replaced. When we picked up the glass they also carried it out to our truck and loaded it for us. I will never go anywhere but Binswanger for any kind of glass I need to replace or get cut. Thank you very much Binswanger glass!!!

They were able to schedule an appointment within a week, and I was greeted with exceptional service when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. The gentleman that was working the day of my appointment was very friendly and courteous and attended to me quickly even while helping several other people dropping off at the same time. Everything with the new windshield seems to be great, and I will definitely recommend others to use this business!
Mollie Hardin: Called on Thursday to get a quote for 2 small sections in our bay window that my dog broke. Repairman showed up the next day to give me a reasonable quote and had it fixed in less than an hour. This is was a huge relief because our baby shower is in a few days. Would highly recommend!
Grace Harris: I needed several mirrors cut at and odd size for a home project. I called at least 4 places for pricing. Binswanger was not only the cheapest but had amazing customer service! I really like Linda at the front desk. She went above and beyond on customer service, she even carried my pieces to the car for me! They did awesome work. I will be back for any glass work in the future.

Not only did they fit the new glass perfectly but it required scaffolding in our living room to install it. The whole process was done expertly and professionally AND affordably. We can’t thank Binswanger enough for coming out to our rural home and replacing the foggy pane, painlessly!

Marco: I went in to try to find a replacement latch for my tilt to clean window. the gentleman went back to the back and found me two possible replacements and would not take any money for them. He also gave me two websites to visit in case they didn't work. One of them did work however and I was very happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone they will take great care of you.

Jessica Whittemore: I called to have some glass replaced on my front window before selling it. There was some confusion because I was told originally that shipments come on Thursdays, and my glass was ordered on Monday. I was not told that it wouldn't come until the following Thursday.We were able to work it out to get my glass installed ASAP though and they did great with that. I almost gave 4 stars due to the original lack of communication, but it honestly seems like just a misunderstanding. I gave 5 stars because they really put a rush once they realized that our closing date would have to be pushed back.
