GG Garrett: In my estimation Dr. Rosen is one of the best. He's done house calls for two seniors I've been caregiver for. He's a very smart Dr. Abd is not a pill pusher. He also has a comedian side that puts patients at ease. He makes you feel like he has all the time to talk with you. You're the greatest. GG from Springfield Missouri now in Texas. Things are not bigger and better in Texas. Lol

Wade Gunter: Best office visit experience I've ever had with a doctor. Jordan Valley and Cox were absolutely horrible! The wait times were insane, and my Jordan Valley doctor even forgot I was there one time. I saw Dr. Gugnani within 5 minutes of when I got there. I was amazed. And, he's a great doctor! He knows his stuff. He listened to me, made recommendations, but still gave me options. I hope he never leaves Springfield, because I don't ever want to find another doctor. I feel like I hit the goldmine.
Sarah Wright: I wouldn’t give this man the time of day. The way my 95 year old grandmother and I were treated, & the most disrespectful way he soooe to me on the phone was unprofessional. She missed an appointment due to breaking her hip and could not move. The last appointment she missed she wasn’t feeling well& did nit want to get out of bed. I had called to say I’m sorry we didn’t make those appointments. Dr G, took it upon himself to get on the phone with me& Mary right next to me and was completely disrespectful towards me and Mary heard it and started crying. Not only that he didn’t let me explain the entire situation and kept interrupting me, when Mary tried to talk to him he hung up on us. I do not recommend Going to this doctor. He was nice at first, until things didn’t go his way. He has been reported to the board. The way we were treated was unprofessional, he demanded she come in after she broke a hip( which I told them about) and 4 days later SHE DIED!! He was not thoughtful or understanding of the situation!!!
David Gouty: Dr gugnani is such a good kind person and doctor. During covid here a lot of us haven't gone to the doctor as much as we should. But I know Mercy is very lucky to be able to have a man like Dr gignani I want to tell him thanks for being able for me to get a physician and a good one that quick peace be with you

Lydia Trowbridge: I have seen Dr. Kresta for several years now, and she always does a good job. She's seen me through some tough times and always makes appropriate suggestions for testing and treatments. It does take some time to get into the office, but that is any doctor these days.
Jeannette Weise: I was recommended to DrKresta and I am very pleased. Her staff is nice and welcoming. The doctor is young, with a bubbly personality. She listened to all of my questions, and as a new patient, she went over all of my medications and medical history. She took a good amount of time with me. I am very pleased.
Jacqueline Mosqueda: She is not helpful, don't even try. She was supposed to take over Mercy Family Practice from Dr Clark who took excellent care of his patients. She is there in name only. I was a patient at that office for 3 years and now will find a new doctor, probably associated with Cox. That's strike 3 for me with Mercy. I have the scars to show it.

Chanel Smith: Always listens to my concerns and finds my pain points in a timely manner. She also refers me to great specialists if need be, who usually helps me right away.
Linda Bramhill: Dr Garcia is a fabulous doctor. She truly cares about your health and well being!
Angi McFarland: I have been seeing Dr. Garcia for years now and I wouldn't want any other doctor. Shes been with me thru my highs and lows. She always listens to me when I talk and I can tell she truely cares. I work for Mercy and have their insurance but I choose to keep her even tho my insurance didn't cover her. Shes worth it.
Lynnette Voorhees: Dr. Garcia listens to your concerns and explains things really well. You don't feel rushed through the process or like just a number.
Marlyne Vanderhoof: Dr Garica has been my Dr for 10 plus years'I'm so thankful I found her she was referred to me by a friend. I have referred many of my friends to her . She is the most caring , passionate and friendliest Dr I have found . She's in the same category as my ortho doctor who is now retired . Cox has the best Drs. in SpringfieldThank you Dr Garica and Misty you two make a great team .

Alicia Blake: If I could give 0 I would. My mother had been complaining of shortness of breath or being out of breath for a year or more. After switching to Cox with a bout of pneumonia it was found she has lung cancer. Not once was her voice heard by Dr. Maria Dela Rosa. We are now preparing for hospice care instead of it being caught early enough to try and treat it.
Darin Fincher: Dr. DelaRosa is very personable and knowledgeable about the newest medical trends. He listens to my concerns and is very thorough and very thoughtful about maximizing my care. He spends a good deal of time with me listens to all my concerns!
Beverley Coburn: Dr. Dela Rosa was rude as soon as he walked into room .. Talked to me like I was stupid.. Then as we walked out of room told his receptionist who made us make the appointment that " I told you they would try to blame you" Why would I waste my time and gas to go there Ifshe wouldn't have told us too!!! I wouldn't even give him one star but can't post unless I do. Worst Doctor in Springfield mo.. Make someone else feel low class because you won't us ever again!!
Sherri Quinn: I use to go to Dr. Dela Rosa, until I had a problem with my tongue and went to her to check it out. The very first thing she said to me was "Do you brush your teeth?" HOW INSULTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been seeing her for a couple of years at that point but that was THE LAST time. I do not recommend her to anyone, unless you like a Dr. who doesn't listen to you and is insulting.
Savage Survivor: I really wish I could give no stars. I have to beg for refills. ( Nope not a pill popper). My Previous Dr. Moved back home to be with family during Covid. I was referred to her. From the first day, She didn't even BOTHER to read my file. Like AT ALL. She was very, very condensending, she doesn't listen like, at all. She assumed because I was depressed I was giving up on myself when just a bit beforw the appointment I lost the closest person to me. My DADDY! I am also a Cancer patient. So forgive me if I am not so happy at the moment. He bedside Manner is nothing more than ridiculous, uncaring and Forced. I literally left her office in tears and it was just a new patient visit. Everytime I send her a message I am met with all resistance. Horrible. I am hoping she finds another job that suits her demeanor because, I don't care how long she has been in this field she should have followed her heart becasue this couldn't have been it. Do NOT recommend.
