Jay Howe: Front representative named carol is very rude n lacks customer service skills. I had called to reschedule a previous apt due to my son needing to go to the hospital. She had no empathy nor did she care. Today when checking in I was given paper work by her n was told to fill it out. She never said My child wasn’t checked in. The second representative asked me if I was taken care of n before I could respond carol told her that I wasn’t checked in. Carol said that I always make a comment about the paper work which who wants to fill out paper work right ? I even say it with a chuckle as to represent that I am joking. I looked at carol when she said this n said well if you don’t enjoy customer service then your in the wrong job description. I am very disappointed with this service she is always condescending n treats me n my child with disrespect.

Jim Myers: well, got a bill for $75 after my visit, a month later it grew to $1,242.00wow, guess someone made a mistake, eh? crooks.There is a reason you cannot go directly to the whiteside GI dr. website and leave a comment....here's a clue perhaps why...........there is no comparison here to essentia and mayo systems in minnesota.Sat for 1-1/2 hrs before being seen. the waiting room was jam packed and not a smile around, wonder why?right now i am nursing a black and blue arm from repeated attempts to insert an i.v.. never had a problem before this.guess they have never heard of a local before inserting the i.v. like they do up north.G.I. dr was not very interested in my problem and suggested i take stronger acid reducing pills, (i.e. ppi drugs) which i will not do. (just take stronger pills and that will take care of ya' - and make the drug companies richer.)Left there with no photos of my esophagus and stomach like they did up north either.soooooo. to sum up i will never go back there. now i have to work tomorrow with a sore arm.if one needs GREAT health care the systems in northern wisconsin and minnesota cannot be beat.Guess it's worth living in the cold to receive better health care.MERCY, MERCY, get me away from the whiteside gastro clinic...fast.

Inner State Productions: BEWARE!!!I've spent years taking their prescribed pharmaceuticals and have only gotten exponentially worse. I'm still feeling much better and I am so happy that I found better alternatives. The last they had prescribed to me was, 6 MP. I did research and found out that it causes Leukemia and usually death in children. My side effects from the medication, have almost gone away and my hair isn't thinning out either. It's crazy what this place can get away with and if I was to have died, they would have just claimed it was complications from Crohn's disease. What a sad world. Be safe out there. Herberta Kawaihau: Accompanied a friend for an appointment. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff there. The doctor explained everything in layman's terms. Asked several times if she had any questions. So impressed I'm trying to convince my significant other to switch health providers.

Jhajjz Transport: in the date june 28 2016 i was sick i visit there nd doctor did checkup me after they made a bill $103.00 nd she told me pay this amount nd u good to go .after 15 days they send to me same amount bill at home . but i did already paid .i did call them nd tell them i was did paid all amount nd then they they can't do anything i have to pay again i don't know why why would i do paid coz i already paid nd they said we don't know either we cannot do anyhelp for you .2nd time i did call nd they said u good dont worry about that nd again they send me bill $42.00 i don't know what they are doing i hade all receipts nd i told them .they said i have to pay all money i did coz they gonna send to collections dipartment.first they said thats good amount nd after they gonan send you bill pls be carefull guys dont go there there making people fool nd they just making money money thats all they do they got hire uneducated staff nd non sense employees .tieman ,james h md doctor

Shanna Reeves: Absolutely one of the best GI doctors I have ever encountered during this journey through my life!!! A few years ago I was experiencing ulcers due to stress and was suffering with poor choices I made concerning my diet. Dr. Dennis Ti Ee Ng took the time out of his busy schedule to explain to me what some healthier gut friendly options were and he did what was medically necessary to get my body to it's proper function. Julie Gordon: Referred my husband back to PCP without even seeing him after looking at his medical record. Apparently he thinks a medical record is good enough review of the physical patient itself. We were referred to Dr.Ng by an ER physician. Clearly not concerned about patients. Wouldn't recommend ever.
