Will Blaine: Their plants were unhealthy and terrible would not recommend.
Joseph Tillman: Difficult to get through the aisles in the back of store. Had products stacked in several areas. Probably restocking. Had ladders in areas where you couldn't see the shelving in order to find products on shelf. Difficult to find personnel to get help. Once I found help for electrical, it was someone from garden area who did not know a great deal about electrical.

Nicole Radtke: Sadly, does not return calls or communicate delays in scheduled deliveries. Had a delivery scheduled over two weeks ago now and still have heard nothing from them. I call to ask about an update on delivery and they ask to call me back because they “have several customers ahead of me,” however no return call is ever made. Friendly when made the initial scheduled delivery but very poor customer service and follow up.Following response:I have not ever received a call back. I was scheduled for delivery on 04/03 (not told 2 weeks post scheduled date). We did not have weather that day or days following, however I made the call each time to the office as I never received an update but was actually scheduled for a delivery and told that day and would be called back. Still waiting on that return call that never came. So the response of keeping me up to date is inaccurate. There was equipment issues that led to a delayed delivery, but I was unfortunately the one to call the office to learn that information. It’s 04/18 today and have still never gotten a call back from this office and always done the follow up and inquiry.
Scott Lincoln: Very friendly and good quality top soil. Also went back two days latter needing sand for my horseshoe pits and they were able to help out. Very fast service. In and out in less than 15 minutes.
Len: DON'T BUY HERE!! They don't except any returns. They don't even tell you that at the time of purchase which is misleading and Very Bad business practice!!!! I spent over a thousand dollars on something I can't even use (everything is still in the packages, they could have made an exception). I called and tried to see if they would work with me but they refused. I will Never purchase from Load & Go Landscape again!!!

Diane Gardner: Great experience from beginning to end. We ordered a topsoil delivery on fairly short notice - they were friendly, helpful, and called back when they said they would. They even delivered on a Saturday as our Friday delivery was rained out. Delivery driver was also great - very friendly and placed the topsoil exactly where we wanted. Topsoil was dry and clean. Would use again!

Bryan Stockton: Needed some compost / top soil for my yard. I bought some from the big box store before and it was filled with pure trash. This year i wanted to try something different and get better quality. I should of came to Load & Go a long time ago. Good quality mix, very helpful, and fast. None of the trash in the soil or plastic bag wrapping. I am planning on going back for mulch later after checking out their selection.
Keith Donaldson: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They knew we were just looking for some small pieces for an aquarium, I mean they typically deal in truckloads and pallet loads of rock, sand and dirt. But they still went out of their way even in the rain to come out and talk to us about what they had available and show us around.
Yuri Hoyal: If you live in or close to Springfield, MO; with a need for landscaping materials, this is by far the place to go. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you won't find anyone that can beat their prices. These guys are the trifecta of all things landscaping. I won't go anywhere else.
Joe Whittaker: When you ask about the garden soil they say it’s good rich soil. I had my soil tested and there were no nutrients in it. Paid to have the garden soil mix but this soil is dead soil. You’ll have to spend a lot to get it good for your garden.
Kathy Dugger: My husband went to get sand and they were closed but there was a semi unloading and the lady waiting for him to unload was sitting in her car and pulled up and told him they were closed and she was just waiting asked what he was there for he told her sand for our pool she said go ahead and pull down I can load you while I’m waiting on him 😊😘😊 we were able to sit our pool for our grand daughters birthday pool party she saved a very important day for our grand daughter and other grandkids thank you so much

Hannah King: Very hard to contact. I have called several times and they don’t answer and the mailbox is full. I hear good things about their sheds, but I can’t go view one to purchase. Maybe I will update the review if I get in contact with them!EDIT!They hired a new sales representative, and he has been really responsive. The sheds are high quality, from what I can tell. Can’t wait until our shed is delivered!

Mike Batson: I was in the market for a new shed and I did my research at several businesses. I stopped by Cooks on Kearney St and im glad I did. Im sorry but if forget the gentleman's name but he was very pleasant to work with. He showed me all the features of the sheds and answered all my questions. The gentleman who delivered my shed was very nice I showed him where to place the building and he leveled it and we even did a walk around. What sold me was not only how I was treated like family but it was warranty. The walls and floor have a lifetime Warner and the roof has a 30 year. If you are in the market for a quality made shed stop by Cooks you won't be disappointed.

It was a $80 charge to deliver to our area in Springfield but even with that prices are very reasonable. Last year I bought garden soil and had a fabulous garden. Their garden soil did bring some new weeds to my garden though.

Joe Crews: I have used Robb’s on two projects. A few years ago they built a 30x40 pole building for me and did a tremendous job. They set the trusses closer than most builders and their crew was very quick and efficient. I recently sold that property and now they are building me a smaller storage building. I appreciate their efficiency and quality control. Amber has called me several times to make sure everything is just right. I highly recommend them.

eric guilliams: Took a while, but they warned us, and it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. Our shed is solid and very well built—looks fantastic. Everything was as promised, instillation was quick, and everyone was very nice/professional/helpful. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.
James Campbell: "Good things come to those who wait" and "You get what you pay for" certainly apply to this company. Yes, I had to wait several months to get my building. Yes, I paid more than what some other places charge for a similar outbuilding. But let me tell you, this building is fantastic! It looks great, is built to last with supreme quality materials and construction. They matched the color to our home perfectly. My wife can't stop calling it "beautiful". The customer service was fantastic. They gave me an estimated date for delivery, and when it got close I gave them a call just to check in. The man I spoke to was very pleasant and apologized that things were taking a bit longer due to the pandemic. They called a couple of weeks later to say they had started building it, then a little over a week after that, they called to schedule delivery. Day of delivery, they realized they were running behind and called me to let me know. The delivery was quick and painless. An absolutely wonderful company and cannot recommend them highly enough!
Mark Hensley: I had Robb’s scheduled to move my shed on an agreed upon price which I have in writing. The day before it was supposed to be moved, they stopped by and looked at it. They then decided they really didn’t want to do it and raised the price $100+. I had renters moving in the home at the time. Robb’s cancelling the day before put me in a huge bind. Luckily, I was able to find someone else to move it cheaper than Robb’s original price. This is bad customer service and I don’t ever plan on using them again.

Mr. J: I spent many hours calling and talking to several builders around the area before buying my 30’x40’ building and having it built. At least eight in Marshfield, Springfield, Rogersville, and finally Seymour. I gave them all the same specs and always asked the same questions. Their price was 30-38% higher than all the other bids I received for the same materials. I was blown away. I saved almost $6000 by driving another half hour down the road.
