I have a washer/dryer combo that I intend on buying as well as a living room set. If you need something to complete your home go to Springfield Telerent and look around.. it'll most likely be in the show room waiting for you at very reasonable prices.. weekly,bi-weekly or monthly.

Now how does that makes since when I was late for two weeks they charged me 5? Mind you I been goin through them over a year. Also the dryer doesn't even y and the washer don't even get the clothes clean. I use small loads at a time and still don't clean.

I’ve tried Aaron’s rent a center and few others and I never go back to them. NEVER! They are great with pay off literally don’t ever need to go anywhere else. They always honor what they say. And there are no hidden fees. The deals I’ve gotten will never compare to the others. If something happens they have always worked with me to get it fixed or if I can’t make a payment they always give you chance. Communication with these guys is the easiest thing I’ve ever done.If I could give more stars I would!Shout out to Chris who is just absolutely funny and such a pleasure. He knows everyone and can make anyone’s day!

Derrick Nolan: If I could give this company a 0 I would. Hands down the WORST experience I have had with purchasing furniture or anything for that matter. They are not organized and unclear as to how much you will be paying. We were told so much information that was untrue, and when we went in to discuss it with a representive. She literally told us "yeah, Sorry. I can't help you." We asked for a number that we could call to help answer our questions and they were all disconnected. We asked her about our remaining balance and she said she couldn't get that information for us. We ended up paying double for our furniture because the page that summarized our purchase wasn't given to us and had to be emailed to us almost a year after our purchase. We had told them numerous times that they had the incorrect email and they wouldn't fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Paul Quinn: I don’t often write reviews, especially negative ones; however, I felt like other potential consumers needed to be forewarned about this agency.If I could leave less than one star, I would. This company is unorganized, deceitful, and in it for one thing…your money. In fact, they want double the amount you agree to pay. I took out a loan for around $2,100 with them. It had been a few months and I called to figure out how close I was to completing the pay off. I was astounded to find out that I still had a ways to go with it. I inquired about the loan amount, and was told the total loan I had borrowed was around $5,200.Never was I shown this amount when initially applying. It wasn’t given to me in any of the documents I received that day. When I asked for this piece of paper where it says I agreed to pay, I was sent one WITHOUT my signature. I called to speak with them about it, and suddenly another copy of it was emailed with my “electronic signature” (still with a ‘docusign’ water mark on it).I was never asked to consent to an electronic signature. If so, I wouldn’t have never agreed to pay more than double what the furniture costs. Who would?If you’re considering this company, just don’t.Lastly, when I went up to the store where I got the loan, I was informed that Acceptance Now is being dissolved, or absorbed, into another company, so I’m unsure if the company title will remain the same. Do your research, read the fine print, and don’t get swindled by this corrupt money machine. What a shameful approach to business.(If this tells you anything, someone has created a change.org petition to address the scamming as shown in the photo included here)

Kristen Baker: I would give this company a 0 if it was an option. BUYERS BEWARE. This company is not organized. It is not clear what the total on my account is. My total is different month to month. The end amount is never what i calculate it to be after a made payment. When I ask for a receipt I am told there system is unable to process one. So they hand write out a total. There is literally zero visibility of what you have paid and what is left on the account, even on the online profile.The benefits plus is a complete scam. Honestly at this point I would say this whole ordeal is a scam. I am already speaking with the Better Business Bureau to see what they think of everything that I have documented. If you are thinking of using this company to finance furniture, please rethink it. It is not a situation I would want to see anyone in.
Devin Strause: Honestly dealing with this company has been the largest disappointment. I have been lied to time and time again. I work in Customer Relations and I would never treat my customers this way, I expected the same from this company. Benefits plus is not included in the price (its optional). I only found that out after paying for it twice after asking that it be removed from the get go. I was also told my pay off date was September 15th in the amount of $691 and some change to only be told on the 15th when i called to make my payment that it was due Thursday the 14th and my payment is now $736 and some change. This is not the entirety of the problems but the point is I had planned on doing more purchases with this company, but if they do not make things right they are losing a loyal customer.

I'm a few days late and they were told I could pay in 5 days because I only have $7 left till payday... these inconsiderate people told me I had to give them my last $7 or give the stuff back... like how petty can you get...

Brandy Wren: I am very pleased so far! It was a painless process. I moved recently and I found out the day I signed the lease, that it didn't include a refrigerator or stove! I wasn't too concerned, I have all the cooking gadgets and I thought I'd find a fridge for cheap on Marketplace.... Wrong!! People are way too proud of their stuff and want new prices for used. Or they just didn't show up! I couldn't afford a new one all at once and I need it now. So, I went through RAC. It was a painless process, I was approved and they reached out to set it up right away. Within an hour, it was a done deal. The first delivery, however, was not smooth. I admit my house has awkward and narrow entryways. But, they managed to get the sofa in. Though I had to set it up and do most of the work. One delivery guy was very rude and didn't want to do his job. Then, he said the fridge wouldn't fit! Huh? The sofa is larger, how would that be possible? He just said no, it won't fit and left! I called RAC, again they were very nice and fixed it within an hour. The fridge fit with little effort. They set it up and it took about 5 minutes! Very pleased and happy! Thank you!

Jimmi May: Rent a Center truck blocked a whole moving area and wouldn't let other moving trucks in. They were late, which made the other movers off schedule, as well as blocking the loading areas.
Brian Canizalez: So after three years of literal constant use, my washer broke down that I bought from this Rent-A-Center although my warranty was expired they helped me find someone that would not only fix my washer and gave me a great referral, but they told me how I could do it. The cheapest way will definitely buy here again thank you for your help. It’s refreshing to see a place with actual customer service.

First to start we un box everything to get the bed half assembled and there's several nuts and bolts missing.No big deal I call they come out bring another assembly kit but the part that aggravated me is the bed feels like it's going to fall apart when you sit on it.I have 3 or 4 pieces in a drawer they didn't put on and the head board doesn't connect to the frame.So the guy took a hammer and just beat the frame into to go inbetween the head board legs and everytuke you sit down the head board bounces off the wall. Then the dressers on the bed room sets are so cheaply and poorly made its unreal for the price they charge. I wouldn't recommend them at all this store don't know what they're doing.I used the one on kansas and never had these problems

I had issues with my card not going through at places (had nothing to do with the money on the card) and it went 2 weeks late because I didn't notice it not coming out of my account. I work nights and cannot answer the phone during the day. When I finally woke up to answer they were so rude on the phone. Store manager jasmine is the worst! She is rude and wouldn't even listen to my frustration of why this occurred. She basically called me a liar and said it was because I had "lack of funds". I'm pretty sure I'm aware of how much money I have and I did not appreciate that at all. I will never use them again and only did due to moving here from another state. They are rude and will harass you and then call you a liar . All I was doing was calling to pay my bill and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

This location is coming around. Yes, in the past there have been issues with poor service, employees treating customers less than human/stupid, filthy store, poor additudes, Management who shouldn't have even been in control of a dog let alone a business, but if you were a past customer give them another chance. Nothing is "perfect" but this store is definitely so much better and making progress. Keep up the great work guys

Which we understand, we called in and we did get a little angry and had some attitude, but both managers were more than respectful and explaining them self and apologized. I know that the customer is “always supposed to be right,”but I just really appreciate the staff here working with us and not having an attitude back when they could’ve. They were very professional and very respectful, and we I know that sometimes as customers we are in the wrong, so we just definitely appreciate when a business can be professional no matter what. Tawny Choate: Do not do business with this company. They prey on people who cannot pay for an item in full all at once. They are a predatory business and charge exuberant amounts of interest and don’t stand behind their products. I spent over $1500 on a double oven and was told by the manager that if I was still paying they would fix it, however since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty that I was out of luck as the manufacturer warranty was no longer in effect. He then stated they don’t offer an extended warranty, but a vip experience that I declined. I stated I was never offered the vip experience and he stated that it was one of the most pushed items, and he wasn’t there for the conversation if it was or wasn’t offered so implied that I was a liar. He also stated he exhausted every effort up to and including asking the person directly under the owner if they wanted to fix this to make it right and have me continue to be a customer and he was told no at every juncture. Obviously having a perfect payment history and purchasing multiple items, and never being offered a vip experience means nothing. He kept saying I could come purchase something new and see the type of manager that he is, but that doesn’t change the fact that I have a double oven that I paid way too much money for that doesn’t work. I am reporting this business to the BBB, attorney general of Missouri, and will be giving a review on all forms of social media and anyone that will stand still long enough to listen. Simply apologizing and offering to sell me the vip experience to fix my double oven would have retained me as a customer. They don’t value customers.
Austin Brooks: I recommend to anyone who ever wants to rent furniture to own from this place, do not do it. They like to pull fast ones on new customers. The General Manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. He was disrespectful towards my girlfriend telling her she needs to be an adult and not act like a child when she works in a call center all day and she was respectful to him. He needs to be fired, no wonder that national TV had went through 7 GM's in the last year, their customer service is aweful, don't do it.
