dakota: Cory in the parts department was very rude and not interested in helping me. I requested a different person because of his attitude. He transferred me to a voicemail. I called back three or four time for the parts desk and it would go to the voicemail. That don’t happen so I have to believe Cory was immediately transferring me to that voicemail. I went through the prompts to a different department and got to a woman who I requested a manager. Got to him and explained how I was treated. he did help me with the parts I needed. I have been in HVAC for around 5 years and have not experienced this kinda behavior from a supply house employee . I told the manager about it and I hope he will talk to him about his behavior. But I doubt that will happen.

Therrin Dickinson: I just want to give these guys a shout out. As a woman walking into an appliance repair store, I was never looked down on (even though I had no clue what I needed). These guys treated me with the utmost respect and even told me if I had more questions when I got home to give them a call and they would help me.They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The first time I had to go in for a part I had it in my hand and they saw it and knew exactly what it was before I even made it all the way in the door. The second time I called ahead (I have to drive quite a distance to get there), not only did they have the exact part I needed, but they also held it for me until I could make it into the store to pick it up.I highly recommend them 🙂

Rather than a belt it turned out to be the suspension/shocks for the drum itself. Yep, they had those parts on-hand as well and worked my needed parts exchange.Thanks! The suspension repair was extremely simple!Psst. The cheap oem dryer knobs that kept breaking a few years ago have never been better thanks to the version you provided with a hard polymer bushing inside. Have yet to break open the second one....thankfully.

tjaetherchannel: I have tried to use these guys several times and I always end up on hold for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes. I am so tired of being left on hold for such a ridiculous amount of time. If hold times are this bad, why would you not hire extra staff or have extra phone lines, etc? No one wants to wait on hold for half an hour for anything. I'm currently sitting at 23 minutes on hold to check for a replacement Timer for my Dryer. I've already found the replacement part online and have it one click away from ordering and receiving it in the next three days. I want to support local business but they make it painfully difficult to even reach them. And the attitude I usually hear is that they are too busy to care. So again, why not hire more staff to better suit your customer's needs? I would have happily given my money to local business but I am not going to waste almost an hour on hold. That's poor business planning for customers.At 26 and a half minutes someone picked up my call and said, "We don't have that one in stock" and I had to tell the guy I've been holding for over 25 minutes and haven't spoken to anyone yet. He put me back on hold and someone answered my call another few minutes later.The price for the part he quoted me was over $150 and the same part I already found online and have in my cart for only $25 + shipping.I guess I will stop contacting this company to do business and just stick to online ordering.=====================================================So I saw that someone responded from the business to my post and I just wanted to add this little tidbit to my initial response.I have owned my own business before. I have another business I own now. And I can tell you that no one that contacts me has to sit on hold for nearly 30 minutes every time they call.I was making a very sincere observation based on multiple experiences trying to use this company. You can tell the quality of service (lack of professionalism) and lack of accountability this business has by the response. Personal attacks against an unsatisfied customer because they have legitimate complaints against a business is highly unprofessional.The review and the response back speaks for itself. I know I've made the right choice to do business elsewhere.

Stacy Stockton: Baking heating element self destructed on a Saturday. Looked for one locally but no luck on the weekend. Amazon had them but it wouldn’t arrive for 10 days. Called Stone on Monday and they didn’t have it in stock but would get it for me by the next day. Showed up the next afternoon and it was waiting for me, and cheaper than Amazon. Would buy from again!
Jason Randles: I assume all the people that gave good reviews went into the store.They have 2 different numbers and If you call either one of them you will be put on hold indefinitely or put on hold for 10 + minutes and be hung up on.
