Francis Mitchell: We had a neighborhood porch bandit going around and taking things off of front porches and while several of our security cameras caught the thefts, mine was the only one the persons face was showing. Problem is I have an older model security camera so it was really fuzzy. I called Media Medic to see if they'd be able to help and got a definite yes, so I emailed them the video clip. They had it back to me quick and we were able to see it was the teenage son of one of the neighbors at the end of the block. Three of us showed up along with the police and a clear picture from our video recording and he immediately confessed. We decided not to press charges provided he gave everything back and the police gave him a stern warning that they would haul him off if he got sticky fingers again.

Katie Jones: A truck pulled up onto our lot, stole several expensive tools, and pulled off before anyone could get out the shop doors and stop them. Unfortunately the footage was so grainy it was hard to make out any clear details in order to catch the thiefs. Media Medic got the footage cleaned up so that some stickers and the license plate were clear and we turned the cleared up footage over to the police and they caught the guy within a few days. Thankful to Media Medic as the guy still had our equipment in his apartment and we got all of the tools back.

lionbulldog6: They did a wonderful job with my video. There were a lot of details I was unable to see before. I tried to enhance the video myself to compare with media medic. Needless to say, mine was no better than the original and not nearly as good as theirs. I spent hours on mine with every program I could download but just wasted time. On top of that, they have very good prices. I looked at others who wanted 1200 to 2500. I cant afford that price. Finally the State Police also enhanced the video, but they have not released it. I wonder how the State Forensic team did compared to media medic? I will update this, if I can, when they release the video. Thank you Media Medic!

Constance Graham: I can't begin to express my full satisfaction for the work the technicians at Media Medic did to clean up and restore my daughter's audition CDs she made back in 2004 for her admission applications to music school. The technicians were able to remove the clicks and various other background interference that distorted the sound (that werent' there on the original recording!) and restored each piece to sound as clear as if they were recorded today! The restored CD was a surprise gift to my daughter for her birthday (she's now a professional musician) that she loves and treasures! Scott Elliott: Do not use their services, they say they can do more than they can. I had a video of a traffic accident in which the signal light was not clearly visible, we needed to prove a car ran the red light. I submitted the video and asked if the pixelation can be fixed to someone on a jury can clearly see the red light. Media Medic said they can make it so it can be clearly seen. What I got back was a blown up section of the video that didn't show the car, just the signal light that was even more pixelated as it was zoomed in and NO ONE could see the light color due to shadows. They added some pointer arrows that said the light changed but no one could tell, and the car in question was removed to reference anyways. I asked for a refund because they said they can make it so people can see the light change, what others took the video as I just added some pointers to a video and claimed something happened that no one could see.
