wvb: Bad experience at Licata. Told me to wait for his schedule availability and I did with checking in some, it was a nine months literal wait for an appointment. Then he was unwilling to answer questions in my appointment, and talked over the top of me, and was rude. He wanted to say he knows what questions people are going to ask before they come in. But my question was different and I wasn't allowed to ask one question without him talking over the top of me, being rude etc. Then he said my case is very simple. Which I already knew that. He had already agreed on email to represent me before I drove four hours, two hours each way for the appointment. I also had a medical condition and he only offered one appointment date and time and said either attend or find someone else, that was after I waited nine months for availability. Then he continued with rudeness and not listening in the appointment. Then he said to have someone call and ask the trustee a couple of questions, which the trustee even said that's the attorney's responsibility. But one of my professional physician did call and did his job for him and answers were provided to mr. Licata and trustee was on board with everything. But then he just didn't help me for no reason other than he didn't want to. And my case is very simple with no kids, no real estate, no taxes owed, no alimony paid or received, and no assets or boats etc. Very simple cause. And this is how bad I was treated by Mr. Licata himself. He also was disrespectful and interrogated me in the appointment with unnecessary questions about my injury causing me to be on disability and disrespectful comments, which is irrelevant to the case. So if anyone else is looking, I can recommend to go anywhere else if you want someone professional and respectful.

I was a single mom of 2 and going to school the first time I met Bob.I had got a ticket for speeding and on my court date i went to the Municipal court house; just assuming that is where i needed to go....Well I was wrong. This was a Circuit Court ticket because it was from a Hwy Patrol. I missed my court hearing that morning bc I was at the wrong court house and now had a warrant! I had Never been to the Circuit Court, so there i am with 2 small kids in toe, and not a Judge left on the bench. I didn't know what to do!I am setting on a bench on the 3rd floor of the court house not sure what to do..Mr McGee was the only one walking down the hall and was nice enough to stop and ask me if i needed some help. I told him my situation and he told me to wait just a minuet. This man went back into the Judge's Chambers and pulled a judge out onto the bench. Pulled me and my kiddo's into the court room and got my warrant withdrawn and got me a new court date. He WAS NOT EVEN MY ATTORNEY! Now I have been working as a paralegal for about 8-9 years now. Bob McGee was the 1st person I called to do an internship with and I worked for him for free for about 6-9 months and in turn he gave me my 1st Job! I LOVE this man and His Wife Paula! You could not ask for a more down to earth person at all. He will fight for you and has been walking that 3rd floor of Greene Co. many years....Just PAY YOUR BIll. Love you McGee's and Jen!

Went to court for over a year and last court date told me he could not help me unless i came up with another 1000.00. Resigned himself from my case said i should get a public defender and kept the $$$$. I had already paid him. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME. Do not hire this attorney.
