Jason Factor: I hired Sir Grout to repair some poorly installed grout in my master shower. They did a great job. Unfortunately water had compromised the old grout and loosened some tiles. Sir Grout cut out the old grout, removed all of the water, and replaced the tile and grout. They were always on time and provided different options for the repair so I could choose how I wanted to proceed. I would highly recommend them!

We originally scheduled to have them out on Thursday, but they called to reschedule due to being double booked due to a system error. They rescheduled me for Friday between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. I waited past 5:30pm and had to leave due to other obligations. I left a note on the door explaining the situation. I got home and checked the note and our surveillance to see if anyone swung by, just late, nope. Didn’t even receive a phone call or anything, just got stood up after having to already reschedule. Wouldn’t recommend to family, friends or anyone else. Owner’s response that they tried to call is misleading; I did not receive a single call, let alone 4. I think you would notice 4 calls from the same phone number in one day.
