Lisa G: My 90yo mother was called about them coming to "clean" her existing alarms. She set an appt. and called them back asking if they were coming out to try and sell more. She was assured it as only to check and clean. She again stated that she was not going to buy anything so if they were planning on trying to sell something not to come.Darin Kendrick, "owner" came out with his daughter and while cleaning the second one at her sink began the sales pitch. She told him no and how she had called and they said they were only coming to clean. He actually became angry. Not only did they lie about their purpose but then got mad. My mother had to ask them to leave her home. It is shameful that a man would get angry with a 90yo woman, in her OWN HOME. This is a multi-level marketing company so poor tactics are a general rule of thumb and Mr. Kendrick falls right into that pack! YOU ARE NO GENTLEMAN Mr. Kendrick and a poor excuse for an honorable business man.
HillBilly Magnet Fisher: This company is a joke they get you to upgrade your existing alarms then they don't never come install them then your stuck dealing with their rude finance company and then they take you to collections for not paying for something that you don't even have or have never had wish I could give 0 stars
kim wilson: We fell for the alarms not saying that they are bad by anymeans, just that could have gotten them much cheaper online myself. Then when we had financial problems, I called the finance company I asked to move or skip they said I could pay 80 to skip a month. I mean what kind of sense does that make why would you pay them to skip a month and it's not even going towards your bill.
brad bailey: This so called company is a joke they come and get there stuff and then tell u they will take care of the finance company and haven't they r a scam I have made every attempt to get in contact with them and no answer they won't even answer the phone or call u back.Its a scam
Judith Masse: Do not trust good reviews they post them themselves. This company consists of two scammers who will convince you to sign on the line for over 3000 dollars with 20% interest. You can find dual function fire alarms much cheaper and they work very well. Look into fire alarm ratings and find them there. You wont find Champion in any of the top rated ones. Watch out!! The salesman has an answer and a story for everything! Take your time and do your own research!!
Billie Gray: Last weekend we were having difficulty in determining which of our alarms was making an intermittent chirping sound so left a message requesting assistance. It was not an emergency, but definitely a nuisance.A few days later we received a call from technician Brent Johnson offering assistance. He was kind enough to see the humor when I told him that we had discovered the problem was an old battery in an alarm that was not even from Champion. He assured me that we were not the first to make that mistake and urged me to call again if we ever have another problem.We feel that a person like Brent provides another layer of safety beyond what is provided by the alarms.

Diana Tyndall: Great place to get reliable fire extenguishers. After a close call with a fire, I got two fire extenguishers here and paid more than you would on Amazon/Walmart. But the owner did a great job at explaining the difference with plastic handled extenguishers (poor quality) vs. the metal versions (best quality). And they were great to give me tags on the extenguishers that show when they expire (6 yrs) and showed me how to carry and use them. Love supporting local business too.

Lori Canrad: We just experienced the most insane fire inspection at Taylor Performing Arts here at MSSU in Joplin, MO.These two men were doing the inspection and came over the speakers and told us they were going to do the alarm portion of the fire alarm testing and they played the most calming music while it strobed instead of the awful chiming sound we expected. These gentlemen were so kind and we thanked them when they were finished. I have never experienced anything like what I experienced this afternoon and we are so thankful for them!
