Chipper Solomon: Showed up early for an appointment and stood there waiting for 10 minutes before anyone greeted myself and another gentleman. When they finally came out the staff was rude and acted as if we were putting them out of their way. Had an 8:50 appointment and didn’t get called in until 9:10 even though they weren’t busy at all. Very poor customer service.

KrystaLey Campbell: Paid $22 for fingerprints that were useless because more then one finger print was over halfway cut off on the printed card. When I asked for them to be redone I was told I'd have to pay an additional $22. Waste of my money and time. I'd give zero stars if I could.
alok jain: We have had to go here several times for fingerprints for professional licensures. They are disorganized, discourteous, and rude. The times we have been there one of their technicians constantly yells at people for “being on their phone,” (when you’re looking up the items they need in the first place), makes you feel like you’re at a government agency, or TSA. One of our fingerprints took them weeks to process. On top of this they make you watch country TV while in their waiting room forever. Then when we asked to confirm they sent them to the right place they said “we don’t know where we send anything call customer service.” We also had the same woman make commanding statements to my wife about how she wasn’t moving her fingers correctly and was aggressive. Then they had a computer update coming on another visit they said would prevent them from giving us a different screen. I think they are the only ones in town so this is why we have to go, but their service is terribleResponse: this does not justify snapping at people, being abrasive, and now defensive.You can help the experience and how your staff interacts with others, especially the one that does all the fingerprinting who is condescending for no reason.

Alyssa Thibodeaux: The office was impossible to find! They do not have clear signs!!! I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find it!
Rob Frank: Went here to get finger prints. Before the gal at the front even had any information on us there was a problem. Instead of being helpful with the process of finger printing, she kept saying over and over we did not registar correctly. In addition, telling the instructions from our licensing agency was incorrect. Because of corona there is no other choices of companies to use. Customer service skills need improvement.

I would highly recommend making an appointment online ahead of time so you would be made priority instead of walking in and just a reminder, they do not accept cash.
