Bobi Jo Douglas: Just read a review of someone having a similar situation - At first Andrew was really informative and communicated great. I submitted my application back in February/early March. Andrew said everything looked good, and I spent months asking about the status. It's now June and he takes off to Poland after sitting on my stuff. His assistant jumped in and got the ball rolling, but at this point I've had to update all info previously provided, provide "gapped" information that was missed. This is extremely disappointing as they came highly referred by a previous customer and a local building company. The organization and lack of communication has been very misleading and disappointing.. too bad I'm too far into the process to turn back otherwise.. I would be going elsewhere.. Andrew has simply made building this dream a nightmare!!

A couple of weeks before closing, they received an email stating that underwriting didn't like his income. Who sends this kind of information in an email?. How unprofessional. Prime Lending left this young couple hanging. This company has demonstrated a complete lack of care and concern.

Tameka Cheyenne: Worst ever. Took for months to clear on free and clear properties causing me to close at a more dramatic interest rate than planned months prior. They blame everything on title. No one would even call me back about it. Wasted money on appraisals. They even sent out for the appraisal and said they appraised to high. Like what does that mean. lol they are a joke. Crazy thing is they closed the day after I mentioned being profiling and discrimination is illegal. I promise they called to close the next day after 6 months and my paperwork was all messed up with typos and they were not reachable at closing with the notary they sent out. I advise if u have color. Take your business else where. They didn’t even go down on fees they had control over for customer service. Which I would of did for a customer in my business. All they could say was sorry . I also requested a time line of my file and no one called back even the higher authorities. Still looking into seeing what I can do because if I went on with everything I truely have a case here
