Cosmic-King MO Comics: what do users think?
Terry Slater: The best place for 1/2 off comics
Candace Weyrauch: Extremely rude. Asked if he had any Predator comics and he told us to go on ebay cause it's too obscure. Guess he's never heard of Predator vs. Alien.
Dr Rico25: Great deals on comic. Found a bunch of oldies I've been looking for.
Evangelina Delrosario: Awesome place great environment great prices I can spend all day in there
Vannah: They had a giant variety of comics, and for an amazing price. The owner was very nice and so were the regulars!
michael scurlock: Love going there. Large selection of sports cards (there's a lot of comics too). Nice, fair employees. EDIT: Been stopping in periodically for a few years now and wish I could give 6 stars!
Charles Meyrand: Not my speed
Michael Pearey: great stash of comics.
john meadows: Great service and selection
Jonathan Rosenbum: Great collection. I just happened to come across it on business and got my daughter a couple of ‘Spider-Girl’ comics. Friendly service!
Chris Class: Great place for low to mid grade sport cards and older comic books. No new comics are sold currently sold here but, a great place to search for an issue you might be missing. They have a punch card/loyalty/rewards program and everything is very reasonably priced.
Tommy Farnam: Tons of books to dig thru good prices
Darren Rush: Huge selection of comics and cards.
Ricky R. (Rackley.): Mainly a Great Wide-array of Comic Books. Friendly service.
Secret Shopper: The man knows his stuff. Very friendly and professional. Sells online as well. Even has a reward punch card. Only open Friday and Saturday, but worth the wait.
Echo Alexzander: Limited retail hours and not great customer service. Left about as quickly as we arrived.
Ian Brown: Good selection. Great toys.
Justin Earnest: I personally do not collect comics. I was attracted to the assortment of sports cards they have. Will definitely return as I still have not been through all the card boxes.
Claudio Forrester: I was gonna buy Pokémon cards from this gentleman at the front counter and he was stoked that I was giving him business. I call him back a few hours later to add any other packs he might obtain to call me and I’d come pick them up since he has stuff that sits on shelf for a long time and can’t sell I thought we would benefit from eachother. As I mentioned the other packs he rushed me off the phone and just hangs up on me and blows me off. You Just lost my business and money. I’m Taking it elsewhere. Sucks that businesses have potential and just blow it.
Chris W: Great staff... Lots to look through.... I find it dun to search for that hidden treasure 👍🏽
David Ward: Experience was terrible. Had some comics to sell and the person at the counter was rude and just took a quick look at about 20 comics, post 1977 and up, then just said a random price. Told him I had a couple of signed comics and he didn’t bother to look at them. I also asked him if he was interested in a life size plush Ewok, 1 of 350, and he didn’t know what that was. Sad.

Comic Force - Springfield: what do users think?
chris lewis: Avery nice shop. Good selection, decent prices.
willis hoyt: Wonderful comic store with friendly staff. We love it!
Stacy Payne (fairymancer): My fiance says it's the best place to go for minis. He's been working on building quite a collection!
Jason Monholland: Wish I could give a positive review about this shop, it was one of the worst shop experiences I've encountered. Stopped here with my wife, and found the asthetic so cool, as it was clean and bright, with a nifty upstairs loft area. And as an out-of-towner, I wanted to capture that so my buddies could see it (in case we wanted to stop by while on our annual trip to GenCon). We try to visit comic shops in every new city we find ourselves in, and we support independent stores whenever possible. However, when I took out my phone to snap a pic of the place, as I often do when we come across creative and well decorated spaces, the manager/owner immediately berated me, harshly interrogating me as to why I would do such a thing. It was embarrassing and uncalled for, and I was left speechless. I couldn't for the life of me wrap my head around why she would be so aggressive about it. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything, and neither myself nor my friends will be visiting this establishment again after all. Just an unfortunate situation all around.
Christopher Pratt: Great shop. Huge selection of comics. Nice tabletop gaming selection with some unique items.
John Billingsley: Wonderful place for comics and gaming g supplies. Very helpful and knowledgeable family-run store! They love pets and have a posing area for them! Great selection of current and back issues as well.
Ethan Gaddy: This place always has what I need and friendly staff!
Christy Faught: awesome staff. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a down to earth place to buy or sell comics.
Kelly Goad: Nice little comic store. Very stocked and organized. Very friendly staff to help you find anything you want to look for - Comics, figures, trading cards Etc.
Bryan Crockett: Lots of comics and very friendly employees. Comics are nicely arranged with DC and Marvel in their own areas and independent publishers separate. They also have a lot of back issues available for you to dig through if you need to round out your collection. My only complaint is that they do not offer a discount for customers who have a pull list with them.
Robert Snook: Amazing shop! It has a little bit of everything. They have a good selection of miniatures and large selection of comic books and even some CCG's! Great store.
Sterling Jones: I'm not into comics. Lots of dnd minis. And mtg cards.
Willis Hoyt5: Best comic book store in Springfield Missouri
Evangelina Delrosario: Great place awesome prices and great people
Gabbie B: Incredible customer service. One of the lady answered all of my questions. Great place to shop :) look forward to going back.
Johnathon Roberts: My little brother and I was jumping in joy when we found this place. MTG, Comics, Pokemon, and more. Perfect place to be yourself and get a few things with great kind staff.
Raw Head: Neat and clean. Has section for children
Rich Claycamp: Just a good ol place to get your super hero fix.
Justin Venard: The owner was helpful fair and honest. We were offered 8.00 at Vintage Stock for our old comics. This lady gave us well over what we expected. I'd recommend this place to anyone
Carl Johnson: Super friendly and helpful. The way the comics are displayed helps you find what you want and better ways to find new comics.
Josh Borup: Nice and friendly, this will be my go to Comic Shop for the foreseeable future.

HobbyTown: what do users think?
Ed Howard: Because of the "return policy," I will not be returning to this store.
Toad: Before you shop here give them a call and ask about their return policy. Even if you spend hundreds of dollars there, they will not refund you even if it comes out of the box broken. The person I spoke to did not tell me their name or whether or not they were the owner, but he did confirm with me that if something is bought broken it is the customers responsibility even if brought back same day. There are plenty of negative reviews on their Facebook as well that will show you many examples. I understand every store can have their own policies, I just want to make sure all of my friends and families are aware of this one. If you're a big spender and you don't want to be out hundreds of dollars I would consider somewhere else.
Jessica Dodd: Very disappointed in this store. Spent over $500 on models there in the last two weeks, along with an expensive tool ($70). The tool broke during the first time of my husband using it for its intended purpose. He called the store hoping to be able to return it or at the very least get some sort of advice or help and he was told the only help he would be getting was from calling the manufacturer, and the person was even rude and very careless to my husband. The store couldn’t have cared less. This really will make us spend our money at Amazon.Definitely lost a customer who would have spent a lot of money at your store. Congrats.
William Vessels: Great place for miniature paints and puzzles. Lots of fun and smart toys for kids too
Elizabeth Squires: Quaint little hobby shop. Amber was delightful!!
Shark Linn Media: A really cool place to get a RC car or plane
CrackedJudgement “Cracked”: Always has something interesting, but better not ask any employees questions, first time i was in there i asked about a specific type of 3d printer and if they had plans of stocking them, simple yes or no question but all i got from the employee was a bunch of yets and maybes as in they had no idea what they carried or bother to check the system to see if they ever carry it. More recently i went in and curiously asked if they carried any special pla's or just standard, an employee curtly answered my question but then moments later as i was in line decided to mock me for asking at all. I get making fun of people for what you would perceive as a dumb question, but at least wait till they leave the premises to do so. Very annoying when i averagely spend over $100 when i go in, would shop elsewhere if one opened up nearby, if you are driving or looking for informed individuals, just go somewhere else.
Andrew Honey: I always enjoy going to Hobby Town and checking out their selection of Bandai Models. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Eugenia Williams: It wasn't a help for what I needed. The staff assisted when they were ready but wasn't overly ready to go the extra to help.
Jody Mercier: Great little express RadioShack. Didnt even know it was there lol. They have a dedicated section for the RadioShack express items...ie resistors, diodes, capacitors etc. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. While I was there I noticed they have quite the inventory of rc cars/trucks and all kinds of supplies for them. Good to know
Tim Horn: Awesome
James Boyd: good place for gunpla gundam modals
E. Robs: Awesome selection and reasonable prices on supplies and kits. If you're looking for a decent selection of Gunpla, this is probably the best in town.
Lynda N.: Super fun shop with friendly staff.
Gabriel Vire: Welcoming and knowledgeable service. Something for everyone!
Michael Stephens: Go anywhere else, Amazon, sleeth hobbies, Midwest hobbies, anywhere. I bought my son a $300 dollar slot car track a couple days before Christmas and after I put it all together it is such poor quality it won't even stay together or work. I call them and they tell me they don't take returns and to contact manufacturer. So I do and they only take returns if you buy directly from them. Absolutely terrible company and after looking at reviews this is a common problem. This place needs to leave Springfield.
Stan B.: I've searched the internet looking for a specific puppet for my grandson. Even went so far as to call stores in other states with no luck. I called HobbyTown and found what I was looking for right here in my hometown!! It was larger than expected, and a little pricy, but extremely cool. The only downside is that they only accept returns with in-store credit. Hope my grandson likes it!!
20redfrogs: One of the area's largest Hobby stores. Large selection. Just about any type of RC you could imagine is here.
Jim Rich: Too pricey for this average Joe
JW DeLong: Love this place. From models to remote control cars theis place has all your hobby needs.
Steve M: Went in knowing nothing about model trains except for we were getting one for our son for Christmas. The owner Tim spent more time making asking sure we got what was best for our son and for him to possibly start as a hobby then just trying to make a sale. He showed a true passion and appreciation for the value of someone's work and directed us to the best fit dor us not the most expensive. He earned an immediate sale and not just a "we'll talk about it." He has earned a repeat customer for sure. His team he has surrounding him were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
