I can post his invoice, and the text messages regarding the incident. It was clearly stated in the invoice the work that was performed and warrantied. They refuse to honor their work. “Repairs” made less than 6 months ago already failed and we have water leaking through our shower into the downstairs. Russ is the owner and threatened me with a slander lawsuit and called my wife an “f...ing liar”.I don’t review companies often because I know mistakes are made, but I hope this company fails! Wade Withrow: Hit a stump up the creek and tore up about 3 feet of the bottom hull. They handled the insurance company and did a excellent job of putting it back to new. Would recommend. Hopefully won’t need them again but if that happens I will most definitely let them work on it.

Matt Morrison: Had a PWC with damage from the summer and CMR was recommended by a friend. I dropped off the ski to simply get an estimate on the repair. They had the ski for over two months and didn't call me once in spite of 2-3 calls from me during that time to check on the status.Was driving to the lake and saw the ski sitting on their lot and finally decided to pick it up to take it elsewhere. The trailer wasn't locked (like I requested) and I never did hear back from them. Thought a $10k ski missing from their lot would have generated a phone call.I get that Covid has many businesses covered up but it's amazing to me when businesses won't even take the time to communicate with you. Very few professionals around anymore.

Michael Glenn: I have no issues with the work they do, they have done work for me twice. However, I have considerable issue with the time it took. Two weeks to have my live well motor replaced and to put a new switch in the live well timer. I left 2 messages that were never returned. This is not good business practice. Then after 2 weeks, I went to get my boat. It was sitting out front on a hill where there is no way the water could drain. It had rained very very heavily that morning, I had standing water about 8 inches in my battery compartment, my tie down straps were not hooked to the boat they were laying in about 4 inches of water right in front of the transom. AND my battery was dead! This didn't seem to phase the young man who was helping me pick up my boat! Finally I have to give credit where it is due, the work itself on both of my visits was done well.

I had the unfortunate experience of colliding with a submerged log on Table Rock, everyone I asked referred me to Tom at Championship Marine. I can say with confidence they did not disappoint! Tom handled everything directly with the insurance company and kept me in the loop from start to finish. The work they perform is very tedious and it takes years of experience and know how to do such a clean job. I can not thank Tom and his crew enough for getting me back on the water, the boat looks better than new!

Mark Schlesing: After reading a recommendation on a BBC forum , I decided to stop into Championship Marine to have them take a look at my 1995 Champion 202 DCX Elite on my way to Table Rock Lake , Tom came out of his shop within minutes to audit the condition of my entire hull , transom and top cap , we discussed the areas of concern and he made recommendations on what should be addressed , and what was simply cosmetic only issues which could be left alone , or professionally repaired if I wish , I only had a few minor issues with my boat and decided to have Championship Marine take corrective action after my lake trip was completed , the repairs came out fantastic , I did see examples of other boats inside his shop with extensive damage being professionally repaired and some that had just been completed , the repairs were invisible , I found this shop to be exceptional in all respects , their capabilities , skill level and attention to detail are impressive . Honest , Professional , Friendly Staff , Have no doubts , this shop can deliver the results you are looking for , I highly recommend Championship Marine in Spokane Mo. if you have any major , or minor issues with your fiberglass boat . Ask to speak to Tom .
