Brandon Keene: As someone who has shopped at this store for my wife a few times, I have to say that the staff is truly awesome. They're always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes for a really great shopping experience. 👍However, one thing that really bugs me is the constant barrage of marketing emails and phone calls. Even after I unsubscribed from their emails, I'm still getting calls from them trying to sell me stuff. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of spam, especially since no one wants to buy a purse 2 or 3 times a year as a gift. 😑Overall, while the staff is great, the marketing tactics leave something to be desired. I wish they would respect their customers' privacy a bit more and tone down the sales pitches. That being said, I still appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the products they sell.

John Snow: The staff here always takes care of my wife they have repaired or replaced items no questions asked. And the staff remembers us when we come in. I used to say id never pay for designer purses for my wife but ive probably saved money due to the quality of products instead of buying cheap products over the years. The wife even talked me into a wallet last time we were there and im happy with it.

Sara Da Hut: I will shop on the clearance rack. I won't pay full price for the stuff. Almost all of the stuff I have bought either broke quickly or was broken before I even got home. Earrings are the worst. Super cute but they break so easily.

creation has evidence in science: They with a great job piercing my daughter's ears, however there up selling was immediate, when we walked in and asked about the pricing, they didn't even mention there $19.95 pricing, but wanted to tell us about there hiring priced earrings.If we hadn't called first, we wouldn't have known about there lowest price.Then they want to upsell you for cleaning your ears to get them to heal quicker, when all you have to do is buy a $4.00 saline solution (contact lenses cleaner) to clean your ears 3 times a day.

Bonnie Greene: I am very disappointed in this store. I have spent a lot of money in this store. Bought a lot of items as Christmas gifts and birthday gifts. When my family member went to exchange the items that I had purchased. They were told, they were a few days past the exchange time frame. Most companies will give you until the end of January to exchange the items that do not fit. But they only give you until January 8th. Today is the 14th. This is ridiculous, and terrible customer service. I will never come back to this store, because of this customer service. And they claim to be Christian. I will tell everyone I know that this is how they treat their customers. WOW!
Carla - Votaw Tool Co.: This store is the most unique and you can always find one of a kind jewelry pieces. The clothing and handbags are always up to date with the latest trends. The jewelry is designed by the owner herself, each piece is unique and different. Carla and MaryAnn are always friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Their prices are super affordable. One of the best boutiques in Springfield, MO. I think I am there every week. Every Tuesday afternoon there is a FB live. They have a website as well.
